My phone stopped charging recently, the person in the shop was really helpful. He took the phone tried to clean it but said if not fixed no charge, also he managed to fix so it charged enough for me to turn back on and transfer files over. Really helpful staff and have used before, highly recommend.

Tried a well known Apple Reseller and was quoted £500+ and a few weeks. Had no confidence in the assistant. Then went to Mobile Street where the chap behind the counter explained what had gone wrong, the potential pitfalls (Face Camera might not work) and said it would cost £90 and take about 1 hour. Felt VERY comfortable with the diagnosis, and 1 hour later I had a working iPhone X again, and for the quoted £90. Superb service, very professional, calm and reassuring.

I had a Huawei mobile, had it for a couple of years and the battery is now draining. Called inot the shop spoke to Frank, he order my battery ( not everyone stocks these batteries) and took a small deposit. He said he would all me when the battery was ready. Communication was excellent. Took the phone in handed it to Frank and in just over an hour my phone was working again. Excellent service, and will use again. Thanks guys.

TOP SERVICE!! smashed my phone which had all my stuff for work on it. these guys fixed it within 40mins and all my info was there. Excellent service today. Phoned this morning, was asked to bring the phone in so they could take a look as I was having an issue with the charging port. I took it straight away and thought I was going to have to pay for a hefty repair. They looked at my phone and said it seems like it may just need a port service and it would take 15 minutes to costing £15.00. 15 minutes later I have a phone that now works and charges perfectly. I was so pleased I went in - I have had issues hearing people with my phone and was thinking of replacing it. I was told by another shop it would be £50 to replace the ear piece. Wow! Blown away by outstanding service! Phoned them just before closing time on Sunday as my wife needed a Samsung screen replacement but couldn't be without her phone for long being nearly due our first baby, so chap checked with the technician to see if he would stay late to do the job, given we had a 20min drive and he could so we got there and they were very friendly and not only did the screen replacement in about 15mins but helped us choose the right phone case for us and gave us a screen protector free! An overwhelmingly positive retail experience, refreshingly different to plenty of other cowboys in this line of work, keep it up guys!

Out of all the mobile phone repairs shops I visited in Maidstone Carl in Mobile Street was by far the most helpful and re-assuring. I left my phone with him for 40 minutes whilst I got a bite to eat and when I came back my phone looked as good as new, he gave me a half price screen protector and 1 year warranty, so I couldn't recommend highly enough and I know where I will be going if I break my phone again!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Last week I went and bought a new phone case for my iPhone and the other half bought a tempered glass protector for his Samsung, he didn't get on with the screen so they were marvellous and took it off for him and said would you like me to have a tempered glass and as it was cheaper they said get something else to make up the difference (I wanted headphones which were a little over the price of tempered glass screen for a Samsung and obviously I already had mine done as part of the refund/exchange) and they said not to worry it's fine don't worry about the extra cost!! Then a week later I came back as my phone case I bought from there snapped..... no problem! No arguing.... they were super friendly and so helpful! They said grab another one.... could have got a different one if I wanted but I loooved the case! So I grabbed another and they made me put it on there and then to make sure it didn't break again:-) brilliant shop! Can't fault it.... staff there a bloomin lovely!!!
