We called in the shop for some advice regarding a phone that would not receive incoming calls. I hasten to add that the contract is not with this company. A young man came to our assistance and rectified the problem in minutes explaining the set up of the phone. I did not get this young man’s name but I would like to say how helpful and courteous he was, a credit to your company. We will certainly consider changing our provider to 02 when the contract expires.

This shop has always been so helpful. Being an old lady and unused to modern technology, I bought a new I pad and the young man set it all up for me. I always go there and have never been disappointed.

Unfortunately I have to say that although I went in at a slightly busy time and appreciate the staff were under pressure, I felt the member of staff that dealt with me appeared very uninterested in going out of his way to secure a sale. I did want to purchase a new phone but left empty handed as he didn't quite give me the help I wanted.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff so customer service and satisfaction was good. But this seems to be a very busy store, often a wait to be able to sit down with a staff member to deal with any issues. Clear floor area so easy to navigate for those with mobility issues.

Deapite having an appointment, the Guru was so busy he never got to see me. But a young chap who was really new to the company spent some time with me and between us we got the problem fixed. I am sure the Guru is lovely, just don't book an appointment on a Saturday, unless it's within 5 minutes of them opening.

Dreadful experience both from 02 store and customer service. Phone upgrade ordered for Click & Collect. Got to store and told to go away and come back 25 mins later. Discover phone not there, but refusal by store staff to look into where phone is and to call customer services. Customer services telling me to ring store. Store never picks up the phone. Avoid 02 like the plague! (Phone still missing / lost and 02 still refusing to try and find out what's going on). UPDATE - When the phone eventually turned up several days later (seems 02 website & customer services mainly at fault here), the in-store guy who served me and dealt with me couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. A completely difference service to the weekend so perhaps avoid when too busy.

It is a pitty that the assisstant kept looking and texting on her phone while dealing with our enqueries, very dissapointing! the young man we saw at the beggining was very good, very professional but the rest need more training and learn to provide a professional service they saw the assistant strugling with their computing system and didn't step in to help. Very disappointing O2 Maidstone! I will not be going back
