Took my wife's phone in a couple of hours ago with a smashed screen and Sim3 sorted it while we had a burger, they also threw in a screen protector too. Wouldn't go anywhere else, polite and professional, thanks a million !! X

Always outstanding customer service. I've been coming here for years and since moving away, I will still drive into Maidstone to use these guys as they never let me down. Always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Today they helped me with my daughters tablet and repaired it while I waited for free, took them less than a few minutes. Always reasonably priced and faultless repairs. Top notch lads, highly recommended.

I had my iPhone microphone broken, went to the this shop, and they were very polite and helpful. They have fixed the problem, and gave me a screen protector for free. Unfortunately after came out of the shop my iPhone was constantly restarting. I went back there, and again very friendly and helpful, they fixed the problem free of charge. I’m very happy with the service, and certainly recommend this shop. Thanks guys.

Went in because my headphone port had stopped working..Very helpful guy unblocked it. It just had dirt inside..Works fine now. Refused to take a payment from me what great customer service...Refreshing for a change!!

Went to the shop because my phone wasn't charging properly. Rather then just fitting and charging me for a new charging port, they fixed it in less than a minute for free. Couldn't recommend more. The manager was honest and a good bloke.

What can I say? Angels exist. These guys have been recommended to me to fix my phone. My phone was not working anymore, I was desperate. I went there with the hope of solving the problem, but with the idea that I would have to buy a new phone and lose all data. Within an hour they solved all the problems. In addition to solving the problem, they were also very generous, not only to me but also to my child. I highly recommend them! And I will continue to do it among friends and people need recommendations if anyone needs to fix their computer or cell phone. Thank you guys!!! We will see each other soon!

Fixed a fault on the motherboard on my p30 and repaired my ps4 when my son posted multiple items in it.. And due to having heavy handed children I will be back no doubt.. Highly recommended to all

Had a major issue with a broken iphone that was not backed up. The screen and the back were totally broken / knackered. They did the business and retrieved the data with another screen. Needed charging port fixing and chose SIM3 because their reviews were great - they did not disappoint - the guy spent some time cleaning it first and got it working - fantastic, there was an issue which may require a repair, however it is still working and there was no charge despite my insisting!
