J. V.Useless staff!!!! Apparently they just sell you phones and sim cards. Any technical support whatsoever you may need help with they tell you call tech team to deal with their Indian colleagues over the phone which will take you hours! Never again. No network coverage, brand new phone bought from them and they won't cancel your SIM contract as you are enrolled up until such and such. Joke!
Updated: Meeting Sebastian today was a game-changer for the issue above I've experienced for last two months with three.
I am truly impressed with how he dealt with an issue. To be honest, I wasn't sure if anyone there will be able to to resolve it but I'm glad you proved me wrong. It is not an exaggeration to say that you are a tremendous asset to this team.
I wish I met you before as my previous visit to three was awful, literally I was bounced away.
You do a great job! I certainly hope that your colleague will learn from you how to deal with customers!
All that needed just an hour in store with the professional staff member, which truly cared and was determined to help could save 2 months of all inconvenience caused!
