Took my iPhone 7 Plus as I’d completely shattered the front glass screen. Was told it would take half an hour but chose to wait and wasn’t as long as that. Fixed the screen (very reasonable price) and identified another issue but no hard sell - took time to explain what effect the issue with have - so I could decide. Really helpful guys and would definitely recommend. Also really patient whilst I decided on a new cover. Hoping to use them again very soon for damage on my daughter’s phone.

Very good to customers and help me with the best possible experience

A friendly, warm and honest service is provided. I sent in an ipad that would cost £35 to repair. A day later I received a call saying they got the ipad working and they did not need to order the part. I highly recommend this professional service.

This place is great. We previously bought a phone on Ebay and had a nightmare with faults, returns and refunds - still on-going. Easy Connect, by contrast, were excellent. They sold us a phone in superb condition at a really good price. We checked out all the functions and battery life etc and can confirm that the phone is exactly as they said it was. Made a visit to Easy Connect today as i was tired of the old case on my Iphone X and poor quality screen protector. I must say the customer service was great! The staff dealt with me in a very professional manner. Would always recommend my friends and family!

Great Service!! I went here today initially to replace my Samsung S4. I'd seen a gumtree advert for one, so I contacted them in the morning. Ali replied very quickly and held the phone I was after for me until I could get there...about 3hrs later. He was really friendly, professional and showed me the benefits of upgrading to an S5 and did me a great deal on that instead - which I am delighted with:-) Highly recommend these guys! If you go there ask for Ali - Top guy and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks again Easy Connect!!

honestly have to say the two young lads dealt with me in a really professional manner and also really polite, and had time for you to talk and listen no rush as i have found in many shops, and you get service with a smile which is really rare these days. left my wifes phone as it needed a charging port told me to collect later in the afternoon working as brand new once again, keep up the good work
