Just as with all shops there's good and bad, Unfortunately for my experience it was dissapointing, after I was greeted with it can't be done, No , No... yet in the end, it was possible, note that the No,No guy was (i believe) the manager, and to top it all of, some1 working at the shop was telling me that wifi and broadband are the same, utterly shocking. There's not all black, EE services provided and options are top of the market and customer support was always exceptional(over the phone), and will take them anyday on top of the likes of ..vodafone, virgin etc. Overall the visit in the store was, below average as I have managed to acomplish my goal, but not without having to "battle" the expert and confident "No" " we can't do it" etc. Which can be taken as a fact by unaware people, and this does not reflect the true EE standards.

Set an appointment for a phone upgrade. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Very convenient location too, right next to Market St Metro station. I'd never change mobile phone and broadband provider. I love EE.

Been to EE Market St to discuss my upgrade, was in there a while which wasn't a problem as all the staff were so lovely and attentive while Riya sorted out my contract with amazing deals ended up with a lot more than I went in for but for less money & a saving on my BT bill which was totally unexpected, thanks for your patience Riya, will defo be back

Visited EE on Market Street today to purchase a new phone, change plan and transfer details from a broken phone to a new one. EE didn't have the phone available to buy outright. That being said, they pointed me in the direction of somewhere i could purchase it. They switched my plan. They also offered to help me switch details from my old to new phone, as the store wasn't full. The manager on duty was great (i missed his name), and Megan, who handled my issues was patient, friendly and ensured i left the store happy. Phone companies can price match and advertise the best deals, but nothing beats unique customer service. Thanks to Megan and her manager for making my trip stress free and easy.

Big fan of EE, drop in shop market street,staff friendly & helpfully,put a foot inside shop they'll be a staff member too assist you. The products are amazing value for money,unlike most other wifi & broadband suppliers. Example:- In my Place(holiday home) BT wanted too charge me £1000 too install broadband, the main junction box was twenty feet away.EE supplied me with a Router it gives me 30gbts for £25 a month. You can also take it & use it in Europe,use up too 12 appliances at any one time! Great if you've got kids too entertain,especially on holiday or travelling! 😎

Excellent service from Mo. Went in to enquire about switching providers and to decide on a new phone. Mo was very helpful and sorted out a hassle free switch on the day with no handset charge. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully EE do a much better job than my current service provider.
