Came in to have my iPhone SE 2nd gen repaired after I smashed the screen this morning. They fixed the screen within an hour with all issues solved! Fast, caring family run business with good banter. Been coming to this shop for many years for literally everything. Such as getting my watches fitted with battery's or having links removed. I also get all my electrical wires from here like aux cable for my car or aerial and aerial connectors for the tv. These guys have everything. When it comes down to buying phones or tablets, or having mobile repairs done, I find it hard to trust many shops except Apple themselves which is understandable, however the phone screen I have replaced from these guys has never failed me and the job has always been carried out perfectly. There prices are very reasonable and a lot cheaper than apple, plus they also provide a unlocking service to put your phone on any network. The main reason, I always return to this shop, is because there customer service and honesty is brilliant. The old fella in the shop has always treated me and my family members with care for years. This is a well deserved review for a local family business who has been in Stretford Mall for over 40 years.

Very Quick replacement of smashed Samsung Note S10 plus screen at reasonable price . No loss of any data . Had gone earlier to Samsung Experience more price and needed to leave phone for 5 days ! Probably loss of all data too . Went to Smash in arndale quoted price higher price then Samsung giving explanation in circles and not immediate repair , but saving data ! . I recommend Gola any day and NOT SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE OR SMASH, for phones repair. They have very adept and efficient staff Michael who fixed in minutes

I've known the staff at gola for years, and even worked with other members of their family in the same business years before back on Market street Manchester. And all I know is how genuine, meticulous and flexible with clients they are, along with them all being brilliant people. Their one of a dying Aladdin caves left anywhere. And growing up when they were everywhere in the 70s 80s, now all I know is gola gifts being the only original one that exists. Keep the business flying, appreciate and treat them like a national treasure.

This ia quite a long review, please be patient and read. This review is my single experience, that may save you time and money. I run a small business,so thought i would buy a pc to help with bookkeeping etcetera. I purchased an apple i mac,okay it was second hand and 10 year old.This was not bought from Gola Gifts,but was absolutely immaculate amd worked perfevtly for the first couple of weeks i had it set up. Due to buying second hand,it had alot of stuff on that i did not require. So i thaought i would get it reset, as what i know about computers you could write on a stamp. I took the i mac to Gola Gifts to have it reset to factory settings,£50 approximately. Afew days later i went to pick the i mac up, as the young man had completed the reset. It was them i was informed that there was a problem with the hard drive. So i left the imac there to have tge hard drive looked at. Father Christmas came and went,so i phoned to check that was work had been carried out. A brief call to Gola Gifts and was then informed that it was not the hard drive, where the problem was. I was told that the problem is something to do with the memory and the reading of something soundind very technical. It was at this point that i was informed that they had some i mac minis and laptops for sale and a possible discount maybe available. Getting back to my i mac, i was offered a service where it may be sent and checked out,at a cost of £150 approximately. Now i only paid £150 for the i Mac in the first place,so thought this could be a waste of money, just to solve my problems. So i decided to pick my imac up, after being told there where still problems. I was NOT happy with all this,remember thd imac was working perfectly before i took it to Gola Gifts. I had registered with apple and loaded afew applications, which were useful for my business. Now having picked up i have an imac that is totally useless. The thing is all boxed up ready to go to the tip. So thankyou for your great service, in wreaking what was a perfectly operational imac into a brick. Oh the cost for all work and testing done by Gola Gifts, ZERO TO PAY. Now i think that is excellent value for ruining my imac. This is why i have given you Five Stars, THANK YOU. So may i surgest, before you use Gola Gift for repairs, you take this review into account. This may save you time and money. I would not use Gola Gifts again,i would not even trust them to fit batteries to a romote controlled car. My next step in the next week is to contact a solicitor and trading standards. Ive not put anything on to social media yet, but this will also be done. Once again Gola Gifts, you really cheared me up at the new year.. THANKYOU AGAIN.
