p. c.I haven't received the phone I ordered yet but the customer service is excellent. I ordered a second phone in error due to not being sure if my bank had cleared the transaction. When I realised that it had been cleared I contacted mobile direct via WhatsApp and explained that I wanted to cancel the second order. They replied immediately and confirmed that they would cancel the order. I'm sure the phone I ordered will be as good as the customer service and if I have any issues they will assist me immediately.
