S. Y.I went into the Manchester Market Street O2 Shop to enquire about a phone upgrade and charges. The guru explained what phone would be suitable to my needs. And showed me other phones in the model range and any offers currently available.
A. M.Staff here are very helpful. If you ever need to speak to O2 especially with a problem make sure you go in store and not deal with them over the phone. Its like they're two different companies. The shop actually help and get you what you are looking for

l. r.I have found O2 to be the best phone company by far and in this branch they do give you a free drink whilst you're there, usually tea, coffee or water but sometimes there are special events, one where I got a free mocktail or two.
