Was very quickly seen to and had a contract sorted within half an hour - also the staff kept me very well informed on offers and deals and got me the best available at the time.

Okay - the staff seem knowledgeable but the wait times to be served can be quite long. The best thing to do if there's a queue is ask one of them to text you when they're free. Then you can spend the waiting time wandering around the Trafford Centre or grabbing a cup of coffee at Starbucks, instead of just standing there for 20 minutes to half an hour.

The usual phone store nothing special wasn't very busy when I went in and there were plenty of staff knocking about they did come and asked if I wanted help but left when I said I was just looking which is how I like it.is a star forever pushy and stop trying to sell me stuff without me wanting it I just end up walking out so it was a nice surprise when they just turn around and said don't be there if I want anything
