Took my laptop as it would not load up. Left it with Adam and he did a test on it and told me the motherboard had gone on it. He was very honest with me and told me how much it would cost to repair and then advised it would be better to buy a new one which I did. What a very lovely bloke, so friendly and honest. I would recommend to my friends .

Techpod was highly recommended to me by family and friends to fix my screen on my iPhone as I’ve been told to be careful where I go as most places are ‘dodgy’ or have ‘poor service’ - I don’t live over here so it was nice to be pointed in the right direction and Techpod didn’t disappoint the service was excellent and my new screen was all fitted and ready to go in under 20mins. Dropped my iPhone XR and smashed the screen. Multiple people recommended I contact Techpod. Contact was easy via Facebook messenger and my queries were responded to in and a quick and timely manner. I paid for my screen replacement however unfortunately the new screen had some bug issues (an iPhone fault not that of the screen or Techpod) I contacted Techpod who were only too happy to invite me back to the store and swap the screen for another one as part of the guarantee. I could not recommend these people highly enough! Extremely friendly. Perfect service. 10/10!

Went here due to the excellent reviews. Happy with my battery replacement, the gentleman was professional. However, taken one star off as I called beforehand to check the price of a battery replacement for my S6 edge and was quoted £20. S6 edge screen replacement was also discussed and I received a quote. When I went in store I was told he must have misunderstood as it is £30 and I was charged £30 despite it being highly unlikely that there was a misunderstanding about which phone we were talking about as we had discussed screen replacement as well.

Dont normally write reviews but the quality of service I got from Techpod warrants it. I took an iPad Air to Ibrahim @ Techpod to be repaired three months ago. Turns out it wasn't actually broken & Ibrahim was honest enough to call me up & say so. A few weeks later my son broke his iPad (properly this time, by standing on it!) Ibrahim fixed it same day & I had a very pleased son! Last week my Samsung S7 died. Ibrahim came to the shop to help but unfortunately the phone was beyond repair (he offered to try and get it fixed, after lockdown, by another technician he knew as it potentially needed micro soldering) but I couldn't wait. There was no charge at this point from Ibrahim because he couldn't repair it, despite having spent time trying to. As I couldn't be without a phone I needed something quickly. I fancied a S10 but after talking with Ibrahim about what I used the phone for he recommended the S8. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation but didn't. Honest, knowledgeable,fair & great pricing too. Not often you find a place with that combination these days! Cant recommended this place, and Ibrahim, enough. Thanks a million 👍🏼
