Great experience. Collect and drop your device off to your door. Amazing service especially by Mr. Azza, they fixed my son’s IPad professionally and with a high quality. Great explanation of each part that needed fixing and keep you updated on what’s going on with them during the repair with photos and videos as well. I extremely happy with the service and result. Attached photos for the Ipad before and after. Highly recommended. Actually, they are the best in the UK.

What’s not to like? Great customer care, quality parts, same-day repair, very reasonable prices.. I’ve used Techwala 2 times to replace my iPhone XR’a broken screen and my sister’s iPhone 7 Plus ageing battery. I will use their services again in the future as the quality and care are top notch and quite consistent. Azza from Techwala has been accommodating and understanding of the issues I had with the iPhones. He provided great communication and speedy updates, pick-up and delivery. I don’t think this is common, but he told me that the parts they use come with a 12-month warranty.. mind=🤯 Can’t recommend them enough!

if you’re looking for a place to repair or fix an issue with your device choose Techwala, 10/10 recommend. Communication was brilliant and Azza was so hospitable and kind through WhatsApp chat and in person as well. Prices are affordable and reasonable as well. I asked for a new screen for my iPhone XR and when I got it back after the repair was done my phone honestly looked better than when I first bought my phone from apple!!! I was amazed and super satisfied.

Azza at Techwalla was professional and communicative and very knowledgable, he clearly explained the potential issues and what may need to be done, he also kept in touch throughout the process with multiple updates of the status and advice on what I should expect performance wise from my iPads battery life and the hardware he replaced (pictures and written updates). After being quoted a very expensive bill from Apple for a replacement screen / battery, it was time to start searching for a reliable repair service. For me, my repair service HAD to be: affordable, be using genuine Apple products and parts, as well as a good turn around time for the repair itself - as it was my own personal device. Techwala provided all of the above and if not, more! Techwala came to pick up my phone from the comfort of my own home, despite me having a busy schedule at work, working from home, and never made me feel as though I was out of the loop when communicating my repair to me. There was constant liaison between myself and Techwala, where Techwala was providing updates every step of the way. My phone was fixed in literally 1 working day! Techwala was not only able to fix my phone - but refresh its life, a phone (iPhone X) that I have had for nearly 5 years. Techwala was transparent, open and honest with the repair. Techwala also dropped my device back to me at no extra charge (for both collection and delivery!). Even the extra repairs I needed, Techwala reassured me that they were genuine repairs, with proof of them needing replacing to sustain a much longer life. Impeccable service for a repair service, no one comes close to their customer service. 100% would recommend Techwala to anyone with any IT related issues, for any OS platform / device. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and have already recommended them to close family and friends. Oh and just to say, which isn’t normal for a lot of repair services out there… I ALSO GOT A FURTHER 12 MONTH WARRANTY FOR MY REPAIRS WITH TECHWALA 🥳🥳!! Reached out to several places to get my iPhone 11 fixed but nobody provides services like Techwala. Techwala came to pick up my phone while I was unable to leave my home which works well for people with disabilities or difficulties. Great service. Received my phone back in impeccable condition after two working days. Definitely recommend and have already got family and friends to book in for repairs. Will be contacting Techwala again in the future for any repairs.

After trawling through countless places of where to repair my phone I read reviews and take a gamble for the First time with Techwala. What a Service — The Communications at First were excellent - A price was quoted in first instance — and Azza told me he would pick up my phone and drop off later that day.. Azza arrived with Full Covid Safety Procedures in place and Id to testify whom he was.. The phone was dropped off at a time stated and to add a great price for the repair.. Where do I start. So I dropped my phone on the floor as you do and I am someone who uses my phone all the time! I took it to a few shops to ask how much it'd cost to fix but everything was way out of my budget. I then saw techwala on instagram and found out they were giving me a price that was 40% what other people were giving me. I was in a panic after smashing my screen the evening before a holiday and contacted techwala for emergency support. I was initially sceptical by Azza’s offer to collect my iMac from my home, take it away and then return it fixed within 2 hours, but having sent various texts back a forth and having spoke directly on the phone I felt I was in good hands. FROZEN IPAD! My IPad was frozen and not responding to anything I did. I tried all the usual things like resetting, linking it up to the computer...but nothing I did worked. I took to a few different independent places as Apple were unwilling to help (as out of warrantee) , but nobody could fix this issue. Someone told me about Techwala and he sorted this issue out within an hour. Really happy with the work carried out. Would recommend to anyone!
