Contacted Steve after reading his reviews mid morning after my wife had dropped her Samsung S10 and smashed the screen. He told me to bring it down ,explained the process and said he’d try and get it done in the day for me. The new screen didn’t turn up till very late that afternoon but Steve worked late and had it finished and ready for me to pick-up even after normal working hours! I would highly recommend the phone doctor and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Smashed my iPhone screen which had already been replaced by timpsons who told me they had put a genuine screen on, the phone doctor let me know that it was infact a cheap and non genuine apple screen and shown me how to check this. Also charged me less and fixed with a genuine apple screen! Won’t go anywhere else now and will make sure anyone else i know doesn’t :)

My phone started to lose charge on the 29th December. I contacted this business for a quote to repair. The phone was fixed on new years eve and is now as good as new. Very impressed and would recommend anyone to use this business.

Definitely recommend. Went to The Phone Doctor with a damaged OLED screen on my OnePlus 5T. Had the screen replacement ordered for the next day and fitted. Phone now working as good as new and reassured I can go back if I've any issues (though I don't expect any!) Really friendly and helpful. Clearly knows what he's talking about.

Customer service is outstanding 5* Very highly recommend So friendly & professional nothing was too much trouble I arrived with an undiagnosed fault, my phone was completely dead... had tried everything to sort it with no success I arrived & on the spot he dealt with it, it didn't matter to him that he was already really busy he genuinely wanted to help me he diagnosed the problem & fixed it no leave it with me come back in a week!! I lost no files he restored my phone back to how it was & I am sure he was late going home because of this it wasn't a quick fix. After previously taking my sons iphone X to Bury Market to have the screen replaced he noticed the True Tone, HDR and 4K were missing this was because they had used an LCD screen and the iphone X has an OLED screen. He damaged the screen again but this time we took it to the Phone Doctor. What a difference, the screen was replaced with an OLED screen and Stephen managed to get True Tone, HDR and 4 K back! I can't recommend this guy enough, very fairly priced, speedy service and honest and friendly too

So my Samsung s7 ran in to some difficulty this week rendering it useless(or so I thought) someone recommended ste to me so off I popped for a visit. He Instantly knew the problem give a very fair time frame to resolve the issue and well the price was below what I would of thought to be fair. The lad really knows his stuff if like me you stick around while he works his magic and deals with other customers inbetween you get a true sense of the lads skill and knowledge coupled with the fact he only does genuine parts and software ensuring you don't need to come back.
