Lovely bloke and made mine and my boyfriends phones look brand new (and they looked awful before). Did an excellent job was honest about what needed doing and all for a really reasonable price considering how much was needed repairs wise. Was like £100 each per phone and within 1.30 hours. Will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend.

Mike fixed the screen on my Pixel 6. Dropped it off at 9.30am and picked it up same day at 5pm. Great job and great guy! Would highly recommended and definitely use again (but hopefully I won't need to!!)

Visited Mike about my cracked screen, he also noticed that I had a problem with my phone. He kept it over night to try and fix it, he was so genuine and honest in his work. He told me there was no point in fixing it and didn’t charge me for any of the investigations he did. I was so impressed with this customer service. I am happy to recommend and will use him again 👍🏻

Bedevilled by the ongoing and truly irritating experience and the eventual total inability to charge my iPhone 7, a work colleague mentioned this man, of whom she spoke very highly. I thus contacted him, and he both diagnosed and changed the charging port the very next day. I found him and his team both pleasant and professional; fast, efficient, and competent; and in my view, to represent very good value for money. I very much wanted to pay him more than the quote he'd given, since he'd taken out a large chunk of hassle (dodgy charging) from my busy life, but he respectfully declined, and I closed by advising him to apply for a 'Which? Consumer Association' 'Seal of Approval' on their 'Trusted Traders' website. Why? Well I think in general 'word of mouth' is unreliable as it represents only one person's subjective experience, and a person or company's services may not be the best for what you want. I had indeed initially used the above website (Which? 'Trusted Traders'), which I use to select the services of any trader e.g. Plumber, Electrician; but unfortunately our Phone Doctor didn't feature there. If he had, I'd have gone for his services immediately! Let's hope the Stretford Phone Doctor gets himself The Seal!

Did a great, quick job of repairing my old iPhone 6s. I panicked afterwards because I'd forgotten to ask to fit the old Home button (replacement screens don't always come with with touchID home buttons), but he'd already done it. Very pleased.

Great experience - my iPhone 7 screen was fixed within 40 minutes so enough time to have a walk around, a coffee and come back. Michael even identified that previous repairs done on the phone by another store had left the phone missing some plates inside and explained why this had cause my home button to break. My Sony phone had an issue charging - Sony quoted me hundreds of £, and 2-4 weeks of work with no guarantee of fixing it. I therefore took it to the guys at The Phone Doctor and was absolutely right to do so. Initially believing it was an issue with the charging port I asked them to order a replacement. From the beginning Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me in the loop constantly about how the work was going. He initially quoted me just £30 for the replacement of the charging port. Soon after taking the device apart it became apparent that the issue was something else entirely, for which he applied a clever DIY fix, but still insisted on not charging me for the part I ordered and even honored the original £30 quote despite it taking up much more of his time. Overall I was thoroughly impressed by the speed, quality, and cost of the service and would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for a professional phone repair. 10/10

Highly recommended. Screen replacement for £90 (priced at £218 at samsung) because it was swapped with a used phone screen. Only has a minor crack that won't cause further issues with a good case. Job finished in 40 minutes

Discovered phone doctor on line when searching where to get my son's laptop fixed looking at the review's thought I would give it a try, as they were positive. Called in on 04/09/19 and was greeted by a very nice gentleman, he asked how he could help I explained there was a problem with the laptop he had a look and told me what the issue was straight away how much it would be, absolutely fabulous service very friendly and helpful also great shop my son even purchased a phone while we were there.Will be updating my review on collection of laptop.
