Visited the store today after a stressful week trying to deal with numerous issues with my phone via live chat and telephone (both good services but not as good as speaking with someone directly) and was first served by Anthony who was very friendly and did all he could to try to help. Later came back as I decided to do an early upgrade and get a new phone instead. I was looked after by Ali who was fantastic at recommending which phone and contract would be the best option for me, explaining everything thoroughly and in a very personable manner. Left very satisfied with the service and the overall outcome. Thank you! :)

The shop is fine, but customer service over the phone isn't what it once was, hence, cancelled my contract with them. 20 minutes on the phone trying to speak with somebody only for 3 to hang up wasn't very professional, ended up phoning again and after 45 minutes, I'd managed to speak with somebody and cancelled my contract. Enough was enough.

:- Yeah! visited a day ago, a franchise which is suitable for particularly (3-Network) users to've new communication deals, renew/improve earlier contracts, buying cell phones &including all general queries about (3-Network) etc. All staff was obedient with their service. I am all happy with the experience I had. The advisor, Kirby, was very helpful and knowledgeable. On top of a great service, I was given a choice of gold numbers. I felt valued and important :). To be honest, that's all a customer wants to feel. I have bought the main product I went to buy, Samsung Galaxy Note 9. But the store didn't have screen shield and mobile case for my product. This may be because these items were out of stock. But still it came to be important when required, as in my case. Keep enough stock of related accessories for a product. Except that, I was and am happy with three and the advisor, Kirby. I recommend three highly and this particular shop. Thanks for the experience.

Came here to upgrade my phone as my contract was about to expire. The customer service I received from Saad was honestly one of the best I ever received in any shop. He talked me through my options and made sure to go with the most suitable one and outlining the pros and cons on each one. He took time to actually listen to me and advise me correctly. He had a smile on his face from the minute he started serving me to the minute I left the job. Such a credit to this company, absolutely amazing.

I came in a year ago for an upgrade and was happy at first. But then I saw one of the stuff touching the managers chest muscles and smiling and looking at me. I immediately felt uncomfortable but was told by the managers it okay. Good service overall but the staff are damn right creepy

I will focus my review on the customer service in the store and not of the network itself. I have been in the store twice and both of the times, the sales assistants gave me undivided attention and made sure all my queries were answered with confidence. The assistants were well informed and helpful thoughout. One member of staff I would mention is Joseph. He is the one that signed me on the contract, went in the following week but he was on his week off but nevertheless, he was very helpful.

I came store before was okay, but new shop is magnificent . I spoke with many staff that day looking for help and Three was by far the best. Initially to help was friendly man with beard ( I forgot his name I’m so sorry) who after quick talk passed me to 2 girls both called Cat 😸 who could not have been any kinder. They talked to me about all I needed and helped me with sim I need for new phone and also show me how to call home too. Thank you x

The staff were really friendly and attentive. Went there to get a contract deal and they showed me all the options available and helped me to find just what I needed without trying to sell me something more expensive. The deals are pretty good and cheaper than other companies.

The staff here are excellent, and will practically bend over backwards to help you with your problem. The store is always well stocked, and it's in a good location. Open till 20:00 during the week makes it a perfect one to visit after work. Had a really good experience returning a phone for replacement. Came from the Ashton store how, to be frank, weren't the most helpful people.

I was quiet hesitant to book the appointment for the session when I was informed by the staff Karan. As the saying goes curiosity killed the cat but this did not deter me booking the appointment. I did and honestly speaking it changed my fear towards technology. Karan was so patient and took his time to explain things to me and answered every question that I asked. it has put me at ease and I am confident to use my iPhone with pleasure. Second and third appointment was with Joshua , he was so calm and patient too. He took his time to explain loads of things to me too and I have enjoyed every session I have had with him. Karan and Joshua are a gem to 3G and you should have more staff like them. I can not wait for my next session I guess you are going to send me away and say hey you have had enough sessions. I look forward to my next one and I wish the whole team a merry Christmas and happy new year at this store.

Called in, unannounced, to the Three Store at Manchester Arndale Centre as I was struggling to use some of the features on my new phone. I received a warm welcome from a really lovely member of staff called Billie who said she'd be able to help me straight away which was a nice surprise as I was half expecting to have to make an appointment or wait as in the past, when using other networks (I was previously with Vodafone and EE), I'd have to wait ages. Billie was amazing and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a long list of things I needed help with but she was able to sort everything out for me very quickly and efficiently. She was very patient and did not rush me as I was making notes so it was a very relaxing experience. I am not very good with technology but Billie explained things clearly, in a way that would be easy for the lay person to understand. I have no hesitation in recommending Three as a result of the outstanding service I have received from both Harry, who went that extra mile in helping me to find the right phone and contract and Billie who went beyond the call of duty to help me today. Value for money is not always about getting the cheapest deal; it's about the care and aftersales' service you receive as well so the fact I am paying a lot less for much more data and unlimited texts and calls with Three than I did with Vodafone, yet receive much better service from the lovely staff at Three makes me feel I am getting the best deal all round.

Just great☺ Everyone was cheerful and seemed to enjoy their job...this in turn puts customers in a pleasant mood too. Melana was the wonderful person assigned to manage both my upgrade and that of my husband. She was extremely patient as we are dinosaurs when it comes to technology. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The shop has a 'Discovery Centre' which Melana booked us into so that all data etc could be transferred from each of our old phones to each of our new phones and we could leave the store with our new phones fully functional. Melana dealt with us from start to finish which was great, and even made us a cup of tea! I didn't feel she rushed us at all. Other personnel also contributed their expertise, one being Blaise who was very helpful too. Great service all round and highly recommended. PS. Melana.... I 💜 my Samsung.

Fantastic service from the staff Kirby (female member of staff) woz super nice, very honest and extremely helpful 3 is the only phone provider at the moment that does unlimited data (and doesnt cap you like Gifgaff who slows your speed) 3 also has an app called Wuntu that has all sorts off amazing deals on all different things
