Walked in today with a broken iPhone X screen. Walked out about 35 mins later with a new screen , no problems all sorted and the phone retains the True Tone option that some people don’t fix when replacing screens. Excellent service, my ancient iPhone7 would not charge, was able to assess and fix within 20 minutes - original quote was £45 but then found the problem was less severe and so only charged £25. Told me if within 6 months that it turns out the entire charging port needs to be replaced will only charge the additional £20. Definitely recommend. Thanks

My Samsung Galaxy M31s was accidentally water damaged and it was a nightmare to loose all the data and contacts. I opened it, tried to dry and clean it and after a couple of days, took it to Mobihub after reading google reviews. The owner himself checked the set and assured me that only the screen requires to be replaced. He ordered the screen and it was fitted the very next day. What a relief to see the phone working fine again. Great service. 🙂🙂

Would not hesitate to recommend Mobihub for tablet and phone repairs - I took my Samsung tablet in on a Wednesday to have a faulty charging port fixed and they had it back to me within 24 hours! They fairly warned that with doing this specific job, there was a risk of the screen breaking, as well as other potential complications. Very good information and knowledge on what they're doing. I expected the job to need about a week but they said they'd contact me within 3 days, and actually were able to fix it within 24h. Ultimately the actual issue was quite small and I ended up paying less than expected - they quoted £65 if the charging board needed replacing, but issue was just connectors and I only ended up paying £30. Thank you for your honesty! These guys are professionals, and their customer service and manner was also very friendly. Don't bother shopping around, just give it to Mobihub.

The repairer told her that this refurbished phone had had a few screws missing when he opened it, but he replaced as many as he could with ones he had. Took my note 10+ here after shutting it in a door, was really badly broken and LED not working, when I took it in the MobiHub they had a looked at my phone and informed what needed to be done and how much it would cost to replace. I popped in to find out if my laptop screen could be repaired as 1/2 of it had gone white or if it was going to be a lot of money whether I should just buy a new laptop. The shop had a cabinet in with laptops for sale and they could have easily advised me to buy a new one from their range but instead the friendly man I spoke to was simply fantastic! He told me my laptop was really good quality, and that the cost of repair was so minimal I wouldn't find any laptop nearly half as good as mine for the small repair cost. The guy was very honest and said he could do it but as the phone was bent it could have damaged the motherboard and could still have problems with it. I decided to claim off my insurance for a new handset instead but he offered to retrieve all the photos and videos from the phone free of charge! Excellent honest service. My wife recently broke the screen on her iPhone 11. The phone is used for her business for all bookings, payments etc so it was essential that we had it fixed asap. I called all mobile repair shops (inc Apple) in the Milton Keynes area. MobiHub were the only store to have a repayment screen in stock and were over £40 cheaper than other shops. Due to the urgency the phone was repaired the same day, I actually waited as it only took c30 minutes. Outstanding service, cost and standard of repair with a 6 months warrantee and a free screen protector. I would highly recommend.

Kamal was absolutely brilliant. I had an issue with my phone (no longer reading the sim card) and Kamal offered a fair price and fixed the phone quickly. The real test on customer service is when something isn't perfect. I noticed after a day that after the fix my flashlight was no longer working and contacted Kamal. Found MobiHub after having really bad experience with Samsung customer service. Took it to Kamal which was a stress free 100% full refurbishment of my Galaxy Note 8. His focus on customer satisfaction before anything else was exceptional. Changed screen and battery which included the frame. Was charged £60 for a iPhone plus screen replacement, its the 2nd screen I’ve needed to replace on the phone and the quality is much better this time. You can get replacement for less (£40) but I had a few issues I.e had a gap at the bottom and bit of glue on the fingerprint scanner and all in all didn’t feel right. After seeing how nice the new screen fits as well as handles, I believe the guy has genuine parts or at worst case, batter knock offs then the market. Took an hour to replace. Even came with a screen protector (he said it was free but I paid £60 so) The guy is proper nice, he’s always smiling and greats you with a handshake as well as a good conversation, then on collection he asked for cash but think of that what you will 😂 lol. On leaving he asked me to leave a review, think hes just starting up but he knows what hes doing.
