The staff working in the shop are very polite and can fix your phone in no time while you wait around or do your shopping , the pricing is also very reasonable and affordable , i also got given a free screen protector , there’s no other place I’d rather go , to get my phone fixed at, in all honestly I would 100% recommend going there. #bestinthebusiness #themobileshop

I found this store very nice indeed. Well maintained. Very clean. Friendly staff. Mos came to do my upgrade on EE. Very nice gentleman. He took his time to listen to me and gave me very good deal on Samsung Note 10. Love my new phone. I very highly recommend the phone and the store.

I brought in my nokia for a battery replacement after emailing staff there who kindly mentioned it was possible and for a reasonable £45. I came in to their offices (unannounced) and my phone was taken away for about 4 hours and returned to me with no problems. First class service and my phone now lasts more than a day again!! Brilliant.
