Reached out to them when the screen of my P30 pro broke due to a drop. Service center's were taking 3 weeks and a hefty amount of money on top of the part price as tax and service fee. Bilal attended me and gave me proper quotation. When I submitted the phone for repair it got repaired same day within 3 hours and got a 6.months warranty against any issues too. Really loved the service. Hopefully I will not have to go back to them (will plan to keep my device more safe😅😅) but if I have to I won't hesitate

If I could give a million star review I would, these guys stop at nothing to supply a 100% Customer Service and excellent top quality products, they offer way above fair trade In prices and have never paid for a phone case yet. I haven't had a bad shopping experience in the 4-5 years since the opened. I've shopped here since they first opened and have had numerous repairs done to various phone and tablets and my Macbook Pro, nothing is ever to much trouble.

Can't rate this place highly enough. Had a very bad experience with the other phone shop on Chillingham Road and it left me dubious about these kind of shops. Amazing service these guys sorted my screen out at the drop of a hat. I chose to pay for their services rather than go through my insurers who had told me I had to send my phone off and they would need access to all my passwords and would wipe my phone. The owner of phone cube assured me my phone would not be wiped and sorted me a screen out and replaced within 24 hours. They even stayed open an hour later to get it sorted. Highly recommended!

Great service repairing my pixel xl screen. Very honest guy ordered my screen on the thursday night and friday 6.15pm it was fixed! Even offered to wait in for me to collect it! After the guy from the other shop 1minute down the road from here was trying his best to rip me off! We had a few phone calls telling me it was 70pound etc and it would be fixed then after 24 plus hours i went down to collect it and he said £150 or i was to buy a "cheap phone from him" absolute waste of time! Wish i just took it here in the first place!
