Superb service and great value, needed a new battery on an iphone as it was losing its charge in 30 mins, and they put in next day, now phone working great and keeps full charge so much longer. Much cheaper than buying a new phone, so very happy. One of the guys called VJ, was exceptional and nothing was a trouble. Brilliant all round. (took phone to Clayton st, but wanted to give credit to same company)

Good as new, maybe better. This laptop is nearly 10 years old. These guys did a fantastic job of restoring it to as good as new. With the new SSD drive, the laptop is working quickly, no time delay, no lag as far as I can see and I've been able to get through my work for the last 4 hours, no problems. This laptop has been through hell as well. Water damage, missing screws, etc... But thank you, for bringing it back to life. I really appreciate it.

Have used jesmond repairs on a few occasions now .. always I phone screens .. always extremely good. Panic today with broken screen and lockdown.. So happy I found repair etc--I cleaned my iPhone with wet wipes everyday and had no problems for a while until I bought some wipes that were a bit too wet- 2minutes after wiping the phone down the screen went black-I googled iPhone fixers on google and come up with repairs etc so I rang them-the lad I spoke too was very helpful -I took the phone to him and in no time- my phone was fixed--absolutely no dramas whatsoever --excellent price and brilliant service--all this during lockdown- will be using this company again very soon-thanks so much-from Stephen.👌

I have had excellent service from the Repairs Etc central Newcastle shop in Clayton Street and from their Jesmond shop in Acorn Road. They fixed the screen of my old Windows 10 laptop which Dell said couldn't be replaced because they'd stopped making the screen. Repairs Etc had no problem ordering the screen from their suppliers and they fitted it within days. Repairs Etc helped me when that old laptop appeared to hang for several days with the dreaded Windows 'Getting screen ready, Do not turn your computer off' message. Repairs Etc gave me just the right size box and bubble wrap to package my main laptop in so I could send it back to Dell for repair when it stopped booting after a Dell engineer visited my home and replaced the laptop's keyboard on the motherboard. Repairs Etc fixed overnight my broken Samsung J5 mobile phone screen. The phone has since worked perfectly ever sinc e. They gave me a phone wallet for it that fits better than the one I'd been using. While in their shop in Jesmond, I met a man whose whole family get their Apple products looked after by them. He's a musician who plays music using Apple products so has quite exacting needs for what he buys and gets repaired - he seemed very happy with the service they give him. They don't charge much to repair PCs or mobile phones yet they always seem to give an excellent level of service that's prompt, efficient, and polite. They sell mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and accessories which they also repair. I'm very impressed with these guys, as you've probably guessed from this review. They're a real find. I go through lots of computers and mobile phones. I'm an author who spends all day writing in cafes which means I am constantly using my laptop in cafes to type my books. I use my mobile when I'm out and about to take note of my ideas. So, my devices always have to work. I have no connection with Repairs Etc or their employees, I'm just a happy customer.
