I had a great experience getting my phone fixed here. I had dropped my phone on the way to work and needed it fixed quickly. The repair was finished within 10 minutes and was only £35!! I cannot recommend more, I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I found this shop via Google and made contact . I was given excellent clear advice on phone and a price. Attended shop at 97 Clayton St newcastle (there are 6 repair shops on Clayton St so this is the one opposite cash converter and next door to the cobblers) . The guy at shop was very friendly and professional and repaired the phone infront of us in about 15mins . We opted for the better screen which is of a higher quality but still very cheap, infact about a fifth of the price the apple store quoted us!!! Please see pictures attached these guys are genuine and very skilled at what they do. Highly recommended 👌

I was stuck overnight in Newcastle unexpectedly because of a storm when my phone suddenly stopped charging. I didn't know the area and there were no buses or taxis running to get me to a store. I found a list of nearby phone shops and Repairs Etc were the first ones to pick up. Not only did they open up the shop to look for a spare charger for me, they came to the hotel, in rubbish weather, at about 8pm to take a look at my phone and get me a new charger. Veejay went above and beyond and got me out of a very stressful situation in about 40 minutes. I am really grateful and so glad I found them.

Update My son decided to clean his iPhone screen with a spray of some sort. It ruined the screen as some kind of oil got inside. I knew this guy could fix it and was reliable and charged a very reasonable price so we travelled from Durham to Newcastle to see what he could do. We thought we would have to leave the phone but he changed the screen and a faulty chip inside with 15 minutes, while we watched him do it. It's now perfect again, and at a quarter of the price Apple would charge. New Delhi's loss is Newcastle's gain. I'd go nowhere else. Original review I can't speak highly enough of this shop. Excellent service, good advice now on several occasions after a series of mishaps. Very accommodating and reliable. In an industry with more than its share of sharks. it's good to find someone straight and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. My iPhone 6 battery had been broken for a month but I did not want to pay full price at Apple to have it replaced, so I got it replaced here for less than half the price. He fixed it while I waited and it only took 10 minutes. Best repair shop I've ever come across. Affordable, quick, good quality. I've been to lots of places before and you always feel like they overstate the problem to charge you more. A few weeks ago my phone screen finally gave up after more than enough drops. I immediately Managed to visit the store and within 45minutes I had a new screen (with a free phone case thrown in) for a very reasonable price. The vendor was friendly and honest and his store is clean and presentable. At one point a passerby entered his shop asking for directions which he gave immediately and someone else came in asking where they could get some item for their garden and he even had a suggestion for them. Will definitely be returning when my iPhone inevitably breaks again.

The service I had received from Repairs etc. at 97 Clayton Street has always been great and numerous iphone repairs (several cracked screens and one battery replacement) have always been carried out at very economical prices. The guy who runs it knows exactly what he's talking about and is very helpful. Every time I've been in his shop he's busy which is a good sign. I am giving this place 5 stars because I am due to go abroad and was worried my phone a Sony Xperia XZ wouldn't be able to charge properly as my port isn't the most reliable I've had to send it away on 2 occasions to get it fixed. Fantastic service in this shop. The guy who runs the place stripped my entire iMac down to figure out what was wrong with it. He even swapped the power unit out to see if that would work. This guy is a wizard! I wish I’d known about him years ago and will go nowhere else for device repairs now! Repaired screen and battery whilst I waited in under half hour and made it obvious the mistakes and general ineptitude of the previous repair I had done. His ability and attention to detail is second to none and his customer service is exceptional as well, which is rare in shops like this. He actually cares a lot about your devices and made sure I had a glass protector on for free before I left and also offered me a phone case at no extra charge just to make sure I didn’t break it again! After dropped my phone in water and stupidly not backing up my photos in a few months I was distraught when apple just told me there was nothing they could do and they would just have to sell me a new phone for over £200!! I took it in today and within a few hours they didn't only save my phone but also all the data on it! Took my MacBook here after being told by someone else I'd have to replace my hard drive. The guy was really helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. He did all the repairs right then and there on the shop counter. VJ is the top Mac man in the North East! I took my overheated and very poorly 2010 iMac to another so-called Mac expert who told me it would cost £700 to repair. I was just about to ditch my Mac and buy a new one. Then I spoke to VJ at Mac Repair ETC who not only managed to replace the graphics card, install a new SSD drive and fully reinstall everything - he did so for less than half what I had been quoted elsewhere. He booted the mac up in his shop and took me through everything he had done. I would recommend these guys without a shadow of a doubt. I've now got a 2010 iMac which runs faster than it did when I bought it. Only took 3 days from start to finish and VJ contacted me all the way with updates. Unbelievable service.

Amazing!! Spilled water all over my phone over the weekend and because my phone screen was already smashed, all of the liquid went into the screen and broke my speaker and behind the screen itself. Best thing I did was to look up Mac Repairers and find this gentleman who quickly arranged to come out and fix my mac computer that I was ready to throw out because it was so slow. I would sit literally for 15 minutes waiting for things to load and would often just switch my computer off by the switch as I got fed up waiting for it to shut down. OnePlus 5 Repair Review - I am absolutely over the moon with the service, efficiency, price and repair of my phone in RepairsETC. I would recommend his services to anyone but especially those with OnePlus phones. The screen was smashed and was completely black - the LED and touch features were completely unresponsive. I requested quotes from many repair shops explaining my phone model and the respective damage. Most explained to me how difficult and rare the parts are and how crazy expensive it would cost which led me to the conclusion it was a right off. I found the young man named V.J. special in the way he runs his business compared to some of his competitors. I took an iphone 6 in giving to me by my grandson with a cracked screen, not only did he repair the screen whilst showing me how he does it, which in its self gives the customer the confidence of his ability. I moved to Newcatle in early September with two broken phones a broken computer. I have been known to break things a lot. My first experience with this shop was when one of the owner’s offered to let me use his phone to make an emergency call after I had given one of my phones up to a different shop to be fixed. I wasn’t even doing business there and I was offered a phone, free of charge. It gets better. The other shop could not fix my phone, so I took it to this merchant to see if it could be fixed there. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed. However, they not only instructed me on where’s to go to get a replacement, but advised me on Apple policy (both my phone are iphones), which would allow me one replacement for the price of a screen, and a replacement for the other phone, free of charge. I took it’s to Apple, and they were right. I got two completely new phones. They also replaced my computer screen in about five minutes. I strongly recommend this place!

We went in to the store yesterday which was Sunday, after a night out cause I smashed my phone and actually bent the metal on the side of my iPhone 8plus...it took some time but it was done in the end and I couldn’t thank VJ enough for fixing it getting the frame back to its normal place rather than being out of place, I would add photos but I dont think I can, but the only problem is the screen is more faded and the colours aren’t as bright as a normal iPhone screen which I am gutted about but at least my phone works and the screen turns on x
