iPhone X ear piece replacement, service was fast and professional, made sure I was happy before taking payment, price was also reasonably cheap. He followed COVID safety guidelines by disinfecting the phone and keeping social distancing rules. Highly recommend.

Honestly couldn’t write a better review, nicest customer service, I went to phone matters in Cwmbran to get a quote on my iPhone XR to get it fixed and they told me it could be anywhere between £60-£105 I went to phone box in Newport for the first time and it only cost me £20 and the ohone is perfect will definitely be returning

Absolutely thrilled with this place - took my dead iPhone 7 in with a charging and power source problem, after Apple said there was nothing anyone could do, and they repaired it completely - kept me updated and returned it to me fully charged, working perfectly. Couldn't be happier with The Phone Box! They also charged me nothing for this at all - brilliant, brilliant place!

Excellent and prompt service; had my iPhone 4 mobile screen replaced for a very reasonable price and my old phone unlocked. In the last year this was the 3rd place I took the small phone to be unlocked. The others gave up after an hour or so but the gentleman who sorted this all out for me, at Phone Box Malpas, was very determined to do it and where there is a will there's a way and he found it! Thank you for an excellent service!!

Fantastic service & friendly staff. I've used the Phone Box on a number of occasions during the years due to my clumsy nature when I've had a few drinks & tendency from dropping my phone! I have always found the service to be spot on, often the repair is completed within an hour (I tend to pop into the cafe across the road for a cuppa) but they always give me an honest estimate on how long it will take as it sometimes depends on how busy they are, understandably. The staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work Ricky and the team!!

My phone wouldn't charge anymore so I went in to get it fixed. Not only did they fix it, they managed it in 30 minutes and cleaned out my camera and threw in a new screen protector, with no extra charge! Fantastic customer service. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service... went in today at 2:30pm for iPhone6 screen replacement. Even though they close at 3 they said yes and was completed within 20 minutes. Great guys aswell. Would highly recommend you to everyone 👍🏻

honest review (because that 1 star is a complete lie, of course if you need a new motherboard its not going to match your existing imei, and the likes of vodafone just block it off automatically) lesson 1 dont get your phone wet beyond repair these guys go the extra mile to get you back connected. if your phone is beyond repair, they stock refurbished ones for similar price to repair, getting you back online straight away. If its a big job like mine (front and back touch sensor) they offered me a blower while it was fixed (i declined) the break was nice lol They didnt rip me off at all, in fact the opposite, i sourced my own parts and he gave me a hefty discount for it (even though they prefer to source the parts themselves) there was no grumble. I couldn't believe how cost efective and quick the service was also there shop pet (maxi bull) is luuuush! go here or regret it. because those guys in town on the stall will use and abuse you as soon as they have your tech in there possession... inflate the repairs or just fold up shop and move on. the old addage stands "trust in bricks and mortar" these guys run a legit business. best in the port
