Took my I Phone to this company. They assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote for the necessary repair which I accepted. I was very surprised that I was then immediately asked if I wanted to wait for the job to be done as they had the parts required in stock and that the repair would take about half an hour. As promised my phone was returned to me in perfect working order in about 30 minutes. Very friendly professional staff. No hesitation to recommend them.

Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough! They are polite, helpful, very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I had an issue with my phone that they sorted on the same day for me. This involved me sitting in their shop for hours while they helped me and then set up a new phone… even staying a lot later than their closing time! Nothing was too much trouble and I’m so grateful and cannot thank them enough. I would 100% use these guys again in the future. Thank you again… and for the coffees!

I found iComm on a Google search for phone repairs. I called at 12.00 about a repair for an iPhone 7. The display was faulty and needed replacing. The very polite gentleman I spoke to told me to go down this afternoon. The phone screen was replaced to a very high standard and returned to me inside 30 minutes. The gentleman I saw to was the same person I spoke to and was clearly very competent. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would also recommend them to anyone requiring any repairs. iComm provide other IT services and if they are as competent with them then I would recommend them for all of their services.

I text to get a quote for an iPad screen repair and received an immediate response, they confirmed they were only seeing people by appointment. Within 10 minutes of texting, I had made an appointment for later in the day and a few hours later the iPad was fixed and back home with me. The owner was professional and friendly. He explained the quality of the fix and the reasons why it is worth paying a little bit more for good quality parts. The iPad looks and feels brand new. To get the whole thing sorted out within a matter of a few hours was amazing. Brilliant service.

We had a problem with our iPad, contacted Icomm Solutions who advised we bring it in straight away, which we did. They were very professional and explained what the problem could be and they would test it and we we were to come back the next day. On our return they advised the issue was as they thought and not solvable. They then assisted us with a reasonably priced new iPad and spent a lot of time setting it up for us. We were advised how to prevent it happening again. We cannot praise them enough for their help and would recommend them to anyone.

The guys here really got me out of a mess - after spilling water on my Mac resulting in a black screen, I was more than a little stressed! Came across icomm 4 years ago when my battery died on my I phone, they Changed the battery straight away and whilst I was there I spoke to them about my phone contract, they offered me a deal where I was getting more for less money whilst still staying with 02 and if I have a problem I call their direct line or the owners mobile whereas when I was with the high street phone company it was always hassle getting someone on the phone and even more hassle getting the problem sorted, not that I’ve had any problems with my bills because I haven’t but I have broke/damaged phones and these guys are always there to sort the problem whilst always offering a cup of tea/coffee before they do anything. Reliable Friendly Honest Genuine apple repair shop & I highly recommend.

Amazing. Would definitely recommend to others. I brought my iPhone here after getting a dodgy screen repair from a different company and ripped off as my phone broke again a few days later. The staff at icomm solutions were really helpful and friendly, especially the young lad who helped me with directions to the place!! Handed my iPhone over and was told by the technician it would take approximately half an hour to fix, but he managed to fix it in about 10 minutes! Had no problems with my phone since. I am a very happy customer, thank you!

Just received excellent and friendly service from a person who was most helpful and clearly had knowledge and expertise at a high level on iPhones and Apple products. Having learnt that my daughter had spilt her drink in my Macbook Pro I was in a state of panic. I called past 6pm which is out of hours but I was so stressed I did not want to wait until the morning, I spoke with Attique on the phone who assured me the laptop could be restored to its former glory. I explained that I used the machine for work so the repair was time sensitive he went above and beyond to make sure that the repair was made in a timely manor. I dropped it in to the shop the following day and received a notification 4 hours after that it was fixed and ready to pick up! Attique is a life saver and if you are looking for a reliable, professional expert LOOK NO FURTHER!

This place is like the holy grail of phone repairs. We needed a Samsung S8+ screen repair done quickly due to a shattered screen. The man who helped us was so so helpful and kind and honest. He was open all day Saturday too which was a huge bonus. On a weekend the gates are closed so you have to wait outside and call and he will let you in. The phone we took in was repaired in 48 hours and came back good as new. It was expensive but we needed a quick repair so we chose that option! Thanks I Comm Would definitely recommend

What an honest gentleman Jay is. I took my daughters iPad in there with a broken screen. Agreed the price with Jay and thought that was that. Dropped it in and as I was about to leave he called me and presented me with a broken tempered screen protector and a pristine ipad! Once I had recovered from the embarrassment, I was taken aback by this mans honesty. I cannot imagine how many others would have taken my money in a heartbeat. I dropped my iPhone one too many times and finally cracked my screen badly. I tried to fix it myself and ended up with a blank screen. Instead of forking out for a new phone, I took it here and an hour later it was as good as new and the price was very reasonable. Really nice guy, great service and great value. I had my iPhone repaired while I waited, the waiting area is lovely and stylish, a lady brought me a cup of tea and biscuits, and Attiqhue (sorry about spelling) was 15 minutes faster than the time he quoted, which was much appreciated as I was in a bit of a rush. Also I had noticed that the advert made no mention of any qualifications iComm had, but there are several Apple certificates on the wall in the waiting area, it is reassuring to know that these guys are trained and professional.

I have never come across such a friendly and helpful team of qualified staff. My wife was in hospital recently and managed to disable her I Phone 6 by inputting the incorrect pin. QUITE OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have now dealt with Attique Chaudhry at iPhone Repair Services (iComm Solutions) on four occasions and would not send a phone anywhere else! Having sent off the first phone with some trepidation I received a phone call to say it had safely arrived! The repair required was exactly as he had diagnosed over the phone, the cost was half that of Apple and the service outstanding: He even sent the phone back Special Delivery (without being asked to and at no extra cost) to my daughter to ensure she received it quickly as I had mentioned she was going away for a week. Remarkable service! Have absolutely no anxieties about your dealings with this charming and honest man. Absolutely brilliant! They deserve to succeed.

Exceptional service. Having had the normal generic service from Vodafone, dealing with iComm was like a breath of fresh air. I needed a quotation (for insurance purposes) to replace the screen of a Samsung Galaxy Note II. Vodafone (who I'm on contract with) and other local phone retailers were reluctant to: a) give me a definite price (because they didn't ask me the right questions, and b) wanted at least three weeks to repair the phone (because they send it away). No such problems with iComm. They asked the right questions, and emailed me a quotation within 30 minutes. The phone was dropped off Friday afternoon and repaired by Monday morning. I would have no hesitation is recommending iComm Solutions. Excellent, five stars.
