My wife broke the screen on her Samsung A50. I contacted Mobile Phone Trade and Younis gave me a price straight away. I took the phone in on Tuesday and it was ready to collect on Wednesday. Friendly, reliable family business, I would highly recommend them.

Broke my S21 ULTRA and emailed them at 10pm on wednesday, that night he got back to me with a quote for the repair and the next day after a phoning him he ordred the part from samsung by friday it was in for repair and all finished early afternoon. There was constent communication through-out. Having such a high end phone I was anxious at first about the repair prosess but by phone is now brand new and works better then before. My Samsung Galaxy Note 10 lite dropped into the sink. It was not charging and I could not heard any sound. So, to get it fixed, I went to "Mobile Phone Trade". They tried level best to fix them. They changed the parts many times to give me the best service. They did not charge me extra money for those parts that they are changing. They repired my phone with a very reasonable price. I really like the thing that before delivering my phone to me they took 1 day to observe everything. Then they handle it to me. I also want to include that I called them several times but they were polite and humble with me through the whole time. I would strongly recommend people to go to them if they had any issue with mobile phone.

Amazing repair centre and very knowledgeable! Repaired my Apple MacBook PRO with power problem that could not be diagnosed or repaired by anyone else. Apple told me it was beyond economical repair but these guys identified the unstable chip on the main board and replaced it within 72hrs. Fantastic customer service. I called prior to my visit to see if a certain phone was available, the guy had it all ready and prepared for when I arrived he went over and beyond In making sure it was exactly what I wanted and I was aware of all available offers. My Samsung S7 Edge phone, which I have had for 5 years starred to show signs that the battery was not charging as it should, notifications on my screen informing that there was a problem with the battery. As I had used the services of Mobile Phone Trade some years ago, I thought I would call them to see if they could replace the battery, I was delighted that the answer was yes. Took my phone down to them and within 45 minutes the battery was replaced (genuine Samsung battery) the phone was thourgherly check afterwards, worked perfectly. I couldn't have been more pleased or happier with the repair. The cost of the replacement battery was negligible compared with the cost of a new phone Mobile Phone Trade are awesome, very friendly attitude, 1st class service. Will always use them.

After spending an hour and a half on the phone to apple and them saying the only thing left to do was completely wipe and reset my phone I took it to this shop and within an hour they had got it working again with all my data still in tact. They were absolutely lovely with amazing knowledge of phones and really wanted to help. They were so willing to try all they could and genuinely cared about me not losing my data, and on top of that they only charged £25 to fix it. So glad I didn't just listen to apple as I would never have got my data back, but these people have phenomenal knowledge and really seem to care about each individual case. 5 stars!!

Younis took on the challenge of trying to fix my iPhone 11 Pro, which had been in contact with sea water and would no longer turn on. He took the phone apart, and thoroughly assessed the damage. From the moment he started work on it, Younis kept me updated via WhatsApp with detailed messages and photographs. He cleaned and continued to test it tirelessly until every option had been exhausted. Despite the phone advertised as water resistant, the salt in seawater had caused too much damage to be salvaged. We could have continued to test it with different components costing hundreds, but instead of taking my money, Younis suggested I speak to Apple. I was so grateful for his honesty and professionalism throughout, and would absolutely use his services again. Advice - keep your phone away from seawater!

i went here today after accidentally dropping my iphone 6s down the toilet from my back pocket, i hadn’t had the time to take it to a repair shop as i was really busy so had to wait a day, i had put it in rice but it didn’t seem to do anything! i decided to take it into the mobile phone trade after using the shop for my sisters phone catastrophe last year and with the brilliant service we were offered, amazing pricing, a free screen protector and phone case i decided to go again! he did such an amazing job, as usual, the customer service was amazing and the pricing was so good! my phone had severe water damage and he managed to save it so i really can’t thank you enough! honestly can’t recommend this store enough, would give it 1000 stars if possible. thank you Yousin for the amazing jobs you have done on our phones! will definitely come back🙃x

Great repair done on my mum's samsung galaxy A5 2017, she had completely shattered the screen. Genuine samsung screen fitted and looks like new. I went in yesterday with a water damaged Iphone 5s, and an unresponsive touch screen as a result. The repairer was able to open the back of the phone and show me the damage done and let me know how he was going to attempt to fix it. Only took 3 hours and the customer service was very satisfactory, i was told exactly what was done to it and now have my phone back to normal again with a new circuit and screen fitted in ! very happy customer

The best service I've ever had anywhere! Sourced a hard to find screen unit for an old Samsung model and replaced it within 2 days, including gettng the part in. My Display on my Samsung S5 stopped working and remained blank. The technician at Mobile Phone Trade was so kind and helpful and tested the display with a specialist torch that apparently showed no visible damage. He was able to removed the Display without damaging it and reconnect it properly for a very reasonable charge of £35. CarPhoneWarehouse Guru had said that I needed a new display at a cost of £190.00 and I would be without my handset for up to 7-10 days. I will definitely be recommending Mobile Phone Trade to all my friends and family. Fantastic and Quick service by the longest independent repair centre in Northampton. Cheers guys

Took my Motorola X Style in with a loose charging port. After two other repair places simply made it worse, took it here. The owner really took care of me, talked me through what the issue was and how he could fix it. I like to spend time researching and consulting with several potential service providers before taking the plunge. However, in the case of phone repairs, experience now tells me that I need not have bothered. I rang the owner of this business who gave me detailed and honest information relating to the problem I had (a cracked screen on a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo), potential solutions (some of which other providers didn't offer or wouldn't discuss) as well as the risks and issues that might be encountered. I admire the direct, straight forward manner of providing the consumer with the information they need. Having weighed up my options, I elected to use this business and found that he was equally professional and honest in person as on the phone. I handed over my phone for repair (glass/lens only) and had it back, fully functional, within 24 hours. All other repairs would have been double the cost and forced me to be without my phone for much longer. So, overall, a good, honest service with no miss-guided sales patter. Can't fault the advice, the product or the service. Truly, 5 stars!

Had a Galaxy S6 with a a board failure, the guy repaired it right there in front of me with real Samsung parts. This took less than an hour and was not a simple fix - I was thinking I'd need to write the phone off. Second time I've used this place as I had a tablet with a broken charging port which he again fixed for me at a really good price and very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I broke the front screen of my Huawei P9 and since it is a rather unusual brand, I struggled to find a place that would fix it. I came across Mobile Phone Trade and within a week, my Huawei P9 screen had been replaced with a new screen and it was good as new. Highly recommended. Took my sons dead iphone in to premises in Gold Street (screen had swelled and bent and display no longer worked). Younis correctly diagnosed the problem straight away, then dismantled phone in front of me to demonstrate problem (battery leaking gas when charging), including connecting stock parts to show it could be repaired. No sales presssure, sighing or 'scratching of head', phone was fully repaired same day at reasonable cost, including new parts. Fantastic and efficient service.The part for my phone namely, Samsung S7 Edge with a broken battery cover was pre ordered from a Samsung Service point several days earlier and replaced on the day as promised. I was without my phone for only 30mins whilst the repair was concluded. This repair centre is an authorised Samsung Customer Service Point and if my damage had been covered under warranty the repair would have been concluded for FREE. What a legend this guy is! He managed to save a water damaged Iphone 6s , which I had tried to dry out myself for 2 weeks before I took it to him. He managed to get all my data backed up, changed the battery and dried out the phone completely - giving me updates all the time. There was little hope of the phone surviving and I just wanted the photos etc really (did not back up!). But this guys surpassed all expectation - Amazing!

Samsung S6 edge with what I thought was just broken protective glass on camera element. Called the shop advised able to go in and fix in about an hour. More damage than expected, actually needed new camera module. Shown every step of the way, nothing hidden. Had the required part on site (genuine Samsung part (bonus!!), and all put back together looking better than new, in just over an hour. Very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend to all Samsung users. Customer service was top notch to the the point that the shop owner pushed me back to work (i'm in a wheelchair, it was all up hill - and raining). I had a problem with the simcard-tray of my Samsung S7 edge; that flimsy plastic part broke and the sim with half of the simtray got stuck in the phone when I tried to pull the simcard-tray out. My girlfriend dropped her phone in the pool on holiday. After plugging it in, turning it on and basically doing everything you're not meant to do to a water damaged phone for over a week, we got back to Northampton and brought the phone here. I'm glad I did as the service I received was great. Younis didnt give up with my phone till it was up & working as good as new. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SIM Reader My story started when I stupidly put a wrong size SIM card into the SIM Port on a Brand New S6 edge. I have sent it to Samsung repair centre twice and frankly they don’t even know what customer service is. They ripped the SIM card out of the phone, possibly causing further damage to the reader and then sent it back to me saying it is beyond economical repair. I then took the phone to another independent repair shop who kept the phone for 5 weeks then told me there was no parts for it as it was a new phone. I also took it to Carphone Warehouse repair centre in Milton Keynes and they also said they cannot repair it. I found Mobile Phone Trade on Google so I thought “This is my last chance”. Rang him up and he said “Bring it in” and also knew the issue straight away. Yes, he is a little bit abrupt but then he knows exactly what you done to your phone and how many times it has been opened! He knew that there was a damage to the motherboard and it wasn’t just the sim reader that is not working. I can honestly say, I spent days and weeks researching the whole of the UK to find someone that can fix the sim reader…. The Mobile Phone Trade was the only place that gave me the confidence to say “if they can’t fix it, it unfixable” A week later, as promised, he rang me and said those magical words “your Phone is fixed”…. I am not sure who the mystery friend in Birmingham is but he sure knows how to fix mobile phones. I had my phone back for a week now and no issues with signal, sim or the reader. Needless to say, they did an amazing job for me and I definitely recommend you pay this shop a visit if you are having issues with mobile and tablet technology.

Needed a new battery fitting for my HTC one M8. After searching a number repair shops in town who didn't have the part, or needed to send it away, was recommended to try mobile phone trade. Can't rate the service highly enough, they had the official HTC battery (I think most of the other places would have sent away to be fitted with a cheap Chinese replica battery), we're able to fit on site in a little over an hour, despite this phone needing a complete disassembly to access and change the battery, and all for a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone to try here first.
