Just had a call with Patrick re my concerns about my Macbook pro 2013. Patrick provided professional and valuable advice, in this present climate when everything technology is an essential means of contact for work and staying in contact with friends and loved ones . I have had a couple of interactions with Patrick. before Christmas I sold an old iMac to him and he was very fair and transparent as we discussed price. This week I was attempting a scary Restore from Backup procedure, and he was happy to talk me through it on the phone. Great service - I cannot recommend highly enough.

Called and asked if my badly damaged iPhone X max could have the rear glass readied and was told it could. I was told how much which was less than a third of the price apple wanted. Dropped it off and 24 hrs later picked it up as good as new. Go to place for iPhone and apple repairs from this day forth!

I took my iPhone 6s Plus to Patrick today because it wouldn't charge properly Within seconds he diagnosed the problem, and went on to fix it a few minutes later.
