Had a extremely helpful experience in store today which saved me a £95 Early up grade I could have done without this month. Had a lady this morning who was very sweet to my 2 Yr old letting her draw on some scrap paper while she waited to get issue solved. But came back later as had to bring ID. Basically, my sim just stopped working so it was either a new sim and hope for it to work. Or a new phone (I'd rather not have done). Thankfully, a helpful gentleman with red hair (sorry didn't catch names) popped a new sim in and it is now working. So happy! Thankyou!

I went in there with my mum-in-law who is in her eighties. We were helped by a young man called Lucky, l believe. He couldn't do enough for us sorting out her sim card. The Manager, she was pleasant and helpful too.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately they seemed to have gotten bad info about the phones. Claimed a phone (OP3) was carrier locked even though Oneplus and reps on O2's website claimed it wasn't. In the end the website was right and the staff wrong, but I don't know who can be faulted.
