Bought iPhone SE battery (BAQ make) over a year ago and even with very heavy use it still shows 100% health. This was the second time we have used replacebase. This time for an iphone XS with a smashed screen. The replacement screen we ordered was excellent quality and as good as the original. Following an ifixit video and using the tool kit that came with the screen for £1.50 I was able to complete the job without any issues. I did already own a more powerful suction cup from the first order which was useful for removing the old cracked screen (also bought from replacebase). I used a hairdryer to loosen the glue. Anyone looking to repair their own device give replacebase a go and of course take your time. Some of the screws are so small its a wonder how Apple even managed to manufacture them!

We've been using ReplaceBase for parts for a long time now..a lot less recently due to Brexit complications but the guys always have high quality parts and excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a battery I'd bought around 6 months ago. I emailed expecting a long wait so I was pleased to have a response within an hour or so. After a quick discussion/check, the item was replaced without question. All companies have the occasional issue with faulty items but what differentiates the good from the bad is how they deal with problems. I've used them before and never had issues but I got a Replacement screen for iPhone 7 and the screen stayed black, quick email and a return label was sent to me to send screen back, replacement sent within 2 days and all fine. Can't fault them for Comms and speed, you can pay a bit less on eBay but I'd rather trust replace base. Tnx.

I ordered a replacement (third party OEM) battery for an aging Nexus 7 tablet from ReplaceBase, since they were the only supplier I could find that had any in stock. Their processing and delivery of my order was swift and flawless, despite me using their guest checkout system. The battery, however, was faulty, which is no fault of ReplaceBase, who were extremely accommodating, and offered a full refund including delivery charges. The refund transaction was completed instantly. ReplaceBase deserve full credit for 1: having a large range of replacement parts for obsolete devices, and 2: for rectifying issues swiftly and efficiently. Summary: in short, it was a shame that the battery was faulty - again, not the fault of ReplaceBase - but I am very impressed with their customer services, and their attention to dealing with issues. I would not hesitate to shop there again, should I need replacement parts.

I have been using the Replace Base for many years now. Some items are not cheap in comparison to other vendors but I have found that you will ALWAYS receive high quality (as opposed to cheap items from other sources that don't last long), great customer service and the easiest website interaction. I've been buying components from ReplaceBase for a while now, to fix consoles and such. Everything I've ordered from them has arrived in perfect condition. Although I haven't had to use it much, their customer service is very helpful and responds quickly. They even have this one deal where on selected products, you can buy two and get one free, which really helps when you're buying smaller parts in bulk. As for delivery, they ship out very quickly, but depending on where you live, your product can take a while to arrive. I believe this is more due to the couriers that they use rather than ReplaceBase themselves. However, even as someone from a different country than where they're based, I'm never really waiting longer than a week and a half at most for parts to arrive. All in all, they're a great business, and after having used them for quite a while, I couldn't see myself having anyone else as a parts supplier.

A bit of constructive criticism - please include VAT receipts with purchases instead of just delivery notes. Several phones fixed for friends and colleagues, OEM products are spot on, and the team are very helpful and responsive when needed. This is the only company I'll use or recommend for mobile phone parts. Just to say that I have read some of the other reviews. I had a fault on a screen I purchased from here, the issue arose months after I fitted it, and I was not expecting replace base to exchange it I contacted them to let them know of the issue incase it came up again as it was a very unusual problem, or initially looked that way. They replaced the faulty part no questions asked, and even though it took me months to send it back the day they got it the replacement unit was sent back. The whole time they have been spot on with quick Comms, and really helpful. The faulty screen was still better than the rubbish that a pro repair shop fitted in Manchester, that screen cannot be read in sunlight is slow to react to changes in light and the screen and bessle is thicker than the original screen, making it so phone cases don't fit. The RB OEM screen is a perfect match to the original as it should be and is vibrant and the touch positioning and response is perfect.

In short = Awesome. So I decided to have a go at repairing my side key buttons on my phone myself. I looked at a few videos and it did look a little bit complicated but rather than sticking my hands in the air and refusing I decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised to have come across this website, all the parts you need at a reasonable price. There are few parts that could be considered a bit more expensive but it is still a huge difference in price to paying someone. The funny thing is that I spent more than I needed to because I kept accidentally breaking parts but it still worked out cheaper than paying for somebody to do the job for me. The problem with my phone was where it had been thrown the plastic which keeps the side keys retained had become loose and had 90% come off meaning I had to push the buttons very hard for it to respond. All I needed really was to order the back glass and some tools. With my Xperia being a waterproof phone I was a little bit worried to test if it still remained water proof after the repair, I was surprised that it remained waterproof. If you feel confident or don't feel confident to repair your phone either way I suggest you go here. I initially didn't feel confident but to feel confident and learn you have to put yourself in those positions. Just make sure you have a spare phone handy in case. Other than the parts I have got to say that the postage is very fast and affordable and staff are very helpful and quick to reply by email, I have had many communications and they give fantastic customer service. Good customer service = returning customers. I highly recommend.

I purchased a battery for an aging Sony smart phone. The price was the best I could find online. Delivery was fast, but there was an issue with the item delivered. Upon contacting Replacebase via e-mail, they replied quickly and had a replacement item in the post the same day once I had confirmed that was what I wanted. The item was sent next-day delivery (the original service I paid for was 48hr delivery) and sorted the original issue. While a mistake was initially made, I can't fault the way that the staff at Replacebase rectified this. An great example of how customer service should be.
