Amazing service! This morning I took my IPhone 7 to the store hoping that they can do something about it, the screen was broken plus there was water damage, the phone was literally dead! I got there at 9am, they were punctual, even if he was busy with the opening, Kabeer left everything and came to serve me straight away. He was polite, professional, and explained everything in detail. The phone was ready in an hour, I was so happy, I can’t recommend them enough!☺️ I have paid £60, and I had my phone back at 10am in impeccable condition and a free new case! Thank you again, Kabeer!☺️

Thank you for fixing my iPhone 11 .it was completely shattered and dead ! Went to other shops in Norwich they took my phone and ask me to come back in 1 hour .I went to pick my phone and they had to send my phone away for a week and still couldn't fix week later. This guys fix my phone same day . So knowledgeable and polite. Best service I received .

Popped in today in the hope they would be able to fix my iPhone 6s screen. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman. All in all it took around half an hour and cost me £60. By far the cheapest I've been quoted for the job. Extremely friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was done. Would highly recommend and will be back if I ever need any other repairs! Thank you!

I had smashed my phone screen and the touchscreen had stopped working , we took it into the apple store and quoted 140 pounds for a new screen. These guys are just opposite on the high street so we popped in and they quoted me 40 pounds and with a longer guarantee than apple. The guy behind the counter (Ashan) was a great help and even gave me a good deal on a new case that hopefully will work this time 😂 I fully recommend them👍🏻

This was the only place I could find in the city that would unlock the phone I had, a Sony Xperia Z3 compact. I thought the customer service was exceptional and very friendly; they went out of their way to get my phone unlocked by having it sent off and wavering additional chargers it cost them to do so, which I think was about £60. To their credit they went above and beyond what is expected from high street stores and greatly exceeded my expectations.

When I went to the shop in the morning at 09:30, it hadn't opened... Fair enough, the Google times must be wrong. Went again in the evening around 16:45 and the gentleman behind the counter was engrossed in a phone game for more than 10 seconds before addressing me as I approached the counter. They do not sell type-C to type-C cables which I had hoped to buy but what I did see what looked an okay price for other items.
