The staff at Carphone warehouse couldn't have been more helpful. They were calm, knowledgeable and very professional as well as friendly and approachable. I can't thank them enough for their help and would thoroughly recommend them.

It’s very rare I leave 5 stars but when I do I think they are deserved and definitely something worth rewarding. Over the last few months I had experienced really bad feedback from mobile phone shops about my phone upgrade and had a really unpleasant experience at the only Vodafone shop in Norwich ( see separate review ) . So you can imagine my surprise when on this damp and wet Sunday when I new that the store would not be as busy I decided to bite the bullet and go to the Carphone Warehouse. When I first turned up there was just one chap serving but was stuck on the phone to there I.T desk for over 45 minutes but he managed to call someone down to help. ( to be quite honest it one of those big stores where you can spend hours looking around dreaming everything is your but over half the items are to expensive). When this little chap turned up I told him the phone I wanted budget and data and he found it within a couple of minutes . I was able to upgrade with the same network as I wanted to keep the same number. The only thing that had to happened was that they would swap SIM cards over and turn my old phone off. Last time this happened it took a week, this time it took 8 minutes. My old phone lost its connectivity and a new sim car was put into my new phone everything uploaded from the cloud and I was ready to go with my new phone same number in less than 30 minutes. I was just so impressed and how calm the little chap serving me was until I read his name badge. “ Manager” . Most managers I have come across are desk jockeys but this chap was a delight to meet. He was able to answer everyone of my questions and even answered one about when. The Carphone Warehouse I used to go to is Long since closed but with team leader /manager like this I will will definitely be going Back

2 Visits to this store this week to sort a replacement phone for my son under the insurance scheme. First visit I met Tom who sorted the whole thing out in less than half an hour. Nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge and communication was spot on. I returned the next day to collect the new phone and the gentleman who dealt with me (sorry chap, didnt get your name) was equally as helpful and sorted everything out, including data transfer without any bother. Thanks to you both, GREAT SERVICE.

We went to Sweet Briar store today and received the best customer service ever. Shelly was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Shelly highlighted the benefits of the phone my Dad wanted, spoke to ID to get the pac code, set the phone up including transfer of contacts and Apps. I have never experienced such excellent service. Whatever you are paying Shelly it is not enough, she is a true asset to your store. I will definitely recommend this store, Shelly in particular. Thanks again for all your help.

It's a tiny area of the store and the sales assistants are cramped around a small podium. The service I received when trading in my old phone for a new one was below average. I was constantly left waiting at each stage of the process as the assistant was dealing with other customer enquiries simultaneously.

I love brick and mortar shops for certain goods like laptops, printers, white goods, etc. and I hope CW/Curry's/PC World survive. A nice range of laptops with lots of help available. Good prices as well. And a reasonable number of customers. Good luck.

Got served by a young man whom it can only describe as the Chuck Norris of mobile phones. As he placed the box onto the counter the packaging undone itself and the phone literally set itself up. On top of an outstanding journey I received a £25 gift card which any of the other stores in the area refused to match .

Recently upgraded to an iPhone X from the Carphone Warehouse store in Currys PC World on Sweet Briar. Fantastic customer service from the team in the store as always, they traded my old phone in and gave me a great deal on some accessories and to top it off, I received an instant gift card loaded with £25 to spend in Currys PC World. I will definitely be shopping here again when my next upgrade is due and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new phone!
