Normally I would avoid these huxter type establishments, prefering instead to throw myself at the mercy of the standard High Street mobile stores. In most cases my instincts are probably correct; but in this instance, I am certainly glad I disregarded my usual prejudices and popped into iTech. The knowledge and the patience of the staff was exemplary and of such a quality and standard that you wouldn't find the equal in shops like Harrod's or John Lewis. Their unaffected pleasantness and attention to detail gives them a very well deserved 5 stars.

Was quick and friendly. Screen replacement was expensive because price of OLED has gone up so not really the store's fault. Took less than 40 minutes to replace my screen. Would recommend. Update: After I had a problem with the replacement screen they sorted me out another with no fuss. Fantastic customer service here.

I was skeptical about getting my Samsung S20 Ultra camera fixed from a third party repair shop after hearing rumours about parts swapping. I got a genuine part ordered the day before and had my camera fixed the next day. Mahmoud was extremely friendly and trustable. I would definitely use his service again if I need to. So the EE shop couldn't work out why the USBC charger was not working in their shop and only my old cable was, which was a death trap as wire showing. The lady recommended I take it here as the guy is a qualified phone technician. And as far as he could see the port was fine. The guy looked at the phone, and pulled a load of gunk out and the phone worked fine. Didn't charge me for it also bought a cable there as fairly priced. Also asked about screen repair but he advised phone works fine and not worth the cost as can get one for a similar price as repairing. Highly recommended based on service and honesty.

The shop has got most of the computer items and the customer care is just over the top. The manager has time for customers. He spent more time helping me choose a computer and phone. It was so wonderful how the shop was so helpful throughout the process. This shop is good and recommendable.

I would highly recommend coming to itech. We had a complicated issue with transferring data which retail companies and EE themselves could not work out. We visited itech and was helped amazingly. Cannot speak highly enough of this store, I took my phone to them which had a broken screen, meaning the phone could not be used. It was an uneconomical repair so the manager put a temporary screen on the phone and spent hours backing up my data and then transferring it to a different phone I had. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my lack of previous backups etc, meaning it took forever. He stayed well past closing time to ensure everything was transferred across. Both guys working in the store were fantastic - knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, they got me out of potentially a very difficult situation! Wish I could give more stars and will definitely go again if I have any problems in future.

Superb. P30 lite front camera fault. Was told it could not be repaired at another shop. Repaired in 2 hours. They took one of there own phones out of the window to remove a part my phone needed. This little shop in Norwich is awesome!! The 2 guys working were super friendly and very professional and helpful!! Found the problem with my phone quickly and said he could fix it in an hour so we went off to do some Christmas shopping! He fitted a screen protector for me at a reduced cost and the work he did was brilliant, great value for money too as going to the Apple store would've cost me a fortune! I made an appointment last Sunday to get my 🎤 microphone replaced as varying volumes and faulty on my Samsung s10plus phone. 9 I left it for them to repair, and when I returned they advised that the microphone was not faulty just dirty and had cleaned it. No charge.... they also said that If the problem persisted then it would need sending away to be fixed. I was so impressed with the honesty, as he could have charged me the £35 to repair. But he didn't even charge for his time... I offered to pay, but he wanted me to be happy first ! So off I went... unfortunately the microphone still plays up, so it needs sending away. But I can 100% reccomend the honesty, and amazing service I was given. I will definitely go back, as such a great experience all round. New phone for me now, but I have confidence that if any issues I'll definitely come back to this store !! Fabulous service all round... thanks so much Mamun ! 🙏

After being quoted a silly amount by another provider I happened to pop past and ask how much for a replacement iPhone XR screen only to be told half the price of my original quote! I was also told by the other provider my phone was twisted which was a complete lie! Gentlemen who greeted us was polite and professional and the service was super quick. He didn’t try add anything or misquote which was very refreshing and also advised I could have discount for any other phones I ever need fixing. Amazing service and would totally recommend to friends and family. 10/10!

My iphone screen went haywire and I gave it up for lost, on the off chance I contacted iTech. They were amazing. They saw my phone right away and fixed the screen within an hour. It turned out that there was a secondary problem with a microchip - when I called them up they took the phone straight back got the part as soon as possible at no extra cost - they also offered a back up phone. There customer service was outstanding and I will be going back to them with any other tech repair needs!

Had to take my Huawei T5 tablet there because the company who I got it off couldn't do much for me as to me it would be too time consuming to send it away, get a quote then have it repaired. They recommended this shop, and I am glad they did as he was able to repair it for me at a fairly reasonable cost. Am now having my T3 tablet repaired there, and I was able to purchase a plug that can charge two devices rather than one. The chap even recommended the cheaper one which was £5 less. Took my iPhone in after being quoted an astronomical amount to fix it by a very well known mobile shop. ITech charged £30 for a replacement battery and the shop had my phone up and working in an hour (after apologising that he couldn’t fix within half an hour, because he was very busy). The iTech team in Norwich are fantastic! Managed to unlock my IPhone 6 after a MASSIVE battle with EE. My phone was a replacement from Apple and was locked back into EE as soon as I put the sim in.
