I Bought an apple iPhone XR which is in great condition. Unfortunately they fitted me a new battery which wasn’t genuine and was rattling in my iPhone, I took it somewhere else to be replaced and they said there were screws missing and the battery was a dummy battery. Disappointed but good phone overall.

I cannot fault the outstanding service i received today from the friendly and helpful staff. My laptop screen needed fixing and i was told they would call me within 1hr 1/2 to let me know what could be done to fix it. In less than an hour i had a phone call saying it was all fixed and available for collection, at a very reasonable price! The guys were brilliant and i would definitely recommend them if you have any gadget problems!

Very pleased with the service I received from the staff at this shop. Paid slightly more than quoted at a couple of other places for a smashed screen to be fixed, but happy with that given the customer service I received. Was kindly allowed to borrow a phone whilst mine was fixed. Would definitely use again.
