My experience with Dave was fantastic, I needed a new battery for my iPhone and for the charging point to be cleaned. Dave completed the job within 45 minutes, was very approachable, attentive and also was at a great price. Could not recommend more.

My son decided to drop a dumbell on his phone and smash the glass. Popped into Replace My Smartscreen thinking I'd need a new phone and David simply replaced the screen and checked everything worked. I can't be more happier with the service I received from Dave at RMSS. I gave him my almost 6 year old constantly used laptop to fix. The parts were difficult to source but Dave did it I am very happy to say and saved me having to buy a new laptop. He kept me informed all the way and only did what was asked of him and at very reasonable cost too. Highly recommended!!

I have broken the screens on two mobile phones and david has come to my rescue on both occasions. If he has the parts in stock it is a quick service. If he has to order in you are kept up to date each step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Wanna get your screen replaced in under an hour? This is the place you need to come to! I dropped my iPhone XS off with Dave, did my shopping at the Coop across the road and picked it up once I’d finished an hour later! It really was that simple. On top of that, it cost me the same as the excess on my phone insurance so it was a no brainer! My partner had a more unusual screen to be replaced, but Dave ordered it and a few days later it was replaced. Great service, knowledgeable, honest company with cheap prices.

My son dropped his phone after getting off the school bus at 3.30pm, smashing his screen, he was upset as he uses it for his school bus pass daily, a quick call to David at Replace my smartscreen and he said no problem, drop it in to me and you can have it back in an hour! From the website, which was by far the most user friendly compared to competitors, to the friendliness and speed of service; this is certainly the place to go. I travelled from Norwich and it was well worth it - prices are most reasonable and most efficient. We arrived with a request of a screen replacement for my daughters iPhone. Service was quick and easy with a lovely waiting room. We left and returned an hour later to find that the owner had replaced not only the front but the (smashed) back for free! Couldn't recommend more!

I have been dealing with David for approx 9months and have bought devices from him and had repairs carried also. Did a good job. Changed screen. Problem with it over night. Took it in the following morning. No issues agreed to check it over and sorted the issue with no charge. Do you know he is practically open from morning until as late as he is required to work to get the job. Great service. Will be back.
