After breaking my phone screen. I called around several shops in Norwich to get prices and a quick fix. Thee guys were very good on the phone, upfront about cost and time it would take. And appeared to have the best stock out-of the 5 shops I called. Price was fair and the jobs is as good as original. The set aside a screen for me and booked in it for later that afternoon. Within 40mins I had y phone working again in my hand. Very impressed and would very likely use again.

Took my phone in on the off-chance that the aux socket could be fixed (had stopped accepting headphone jack). Chap behind the counter took out a pair of giant pincers and fished out a bundle of fluff from the socket (I thought I'd cleared it all out) in about 5 seconds. Handed the phone back with a smile, socket now clear and working perfectly again. Simple, friendly service, rare these days. Will definitely go back if I have any problems with phones in the future - might even have to pay next time!

Fab service. Broke my Samsung phone screen so needed a replacement. Booked in on the Friday afternoon, took it in on Saturday morning, and got the phone back within the hour in perfect working order. Really competitive price too. Would recommend and use again.

Excellent I called ahead with details of problem with IPhone speaker volume I was advised of both scenarios it would either be a clean or replacement part. I turned up and 30 mins later all done and working again. Very reasonably priced and good service.

Smashed my P30 screen. Before you throw it away take it to the little fella at Smart-Tech - he can fix anything. Sorted Xbox controller for the kids and fixed a fault with my phone that another shop refused and Apple wanted £150 to repair which saved me £75. Quality of service is excellent.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. I had an IC audio fault with my iPhone 7. I had a quick consultation with the guys. I posted my phone off for repairs and it was back as good as new within 4 days. These guys really know their stuff and I felt secure every step of the way

FROM YORKSHIRE TO NORWICH WITH LOVE! 👍 To my dismay my main rear camera started taking dodgy photographs with light bleeding into the photographs, somehow I had cracked the lens cover on the back camera. Apple don’t repair this and as the phone is out of warranty Apple quoted me £550 for which they would give me a new Xs 256GB as they do not repair the camera glass, it’s a whole unit replacement. I still have a year left to pay on the contract so having had a previous successful repair by Smart-Tech (iPhone 7 IC) I contacted Olly and asked if he could help. He quoted me £35 to replace the glass so I sent the phone to Norwich Special Delivery. Upon inspection the broken cover had damaged the lens of the camera, and was advised it needed a new camera, I was worried as the £1300 phone is my main camera for my kids etc and Olly reassured me he could get a genuine Apple camera to put in. The lens cover and the camera cost me in the end £95 but I am very happy with the result the repair is immaculate and I received the phone back registered post a week later, the delay being the camera procurement. I am now in possession of my beloved iPhone XS 256GB working perfectly in Yorkshire, and I am so glad I didn’t take it to a local shoe shop to be repaired. I’m next sending them my daughters iPad which I cracked the screen squeezing it into the suitcase at the end of our holiday. Thank goodness for affordable repairs and great proactive communication from the team at Smart-Tech in Norwich. 👍
