Extremely helpful, didn't try to sell a phone beyond my needs and gave me a great deal. Very friendly staff - I'm not very good with phones but they were very patient and took time to find the best option for me.

Met Davidas and Aleks at this office in City center to get signed up onto 3 network, they had about 20 minutes to closing however they had the patience to explain to us so many offers at the end of the day spent 2 hours just to ge err is great deals, we most appreciative of their dedication, love and patience. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Vytautas for the amazing customer service and support he gave me and my daughter last week. I was struggling to get my issue resolved with Three online and had no internet for 2 weeks. Vytautas sat with me close to 4 hours to help get my services working again.. No complaints, he even went past closing time and his amazingly kind manager David was next to him in support. I don't have words enough to express my gratitude, I wish we could clone you and place you in all Three stores 🤷🏽‍♀️Please continue to do what you do. Went in yesterday to look at getting an upgrade on my account. Callum and Deividas were absolutely fantastic. They offered me really great advice, and the best service I've ever had to be honest. Was so pleased, an absolute credit to 3!

Very friendly and helpful staff. After an initial short wait while existing customers were being served, I was treated very politely and given good advice and practical help. I was given a new nano SIM card to add to my new phone and the existing number from my old phone was transferred to the new one. More help was given to transfer contacts etc which saved me time. Better contract was also offered and accepted. A very satisfied customer.

Who went the extra mile to help me in a difficult situation they both really went the extra mile and more to get it resolved and insisted to make sure everything was perfect before I left. My phone phone really suits my needs and with their help they both got my data moved from one phone to another including all my accounts. I've been looking for help to transfer my information from one phone to another. I've been into multiple stores and no one has been able to help and been very rude about it. I went into the three store and spoke to a gentleman called Callum who sat me down and treated me like a real human. He helped me with exactly what I wanted and he didn't even charge me for it. He made me feel very welcome to come back with any problem in the future.
