Ordered Metal Dagger Dice set and a D20 Caged Dragon both in bronze on 2nd October Saturday. My order was shipped on 4th Oct Monday then arrived on the 5th Oct Tuesday. I am very impressed with the detail of the dice and I love the colour! The texture and weight of the dice feel very good. I decided to order a Dice Tin in black because oddly enough, my order didn't come with a pouch but not too bothered. I wanted the dice tin because I didn't want the metal dice to scratch each other inside the pouch. Someone from customer support starting with K emailed me before sending out the Dice Tin to say that my dice set might not fit. They showed me an alternative which was a Windowed Dice Tin, along with photos to show that my new dice set would fit and they kindly replaced my order with that instead. Very happy with the products and customer service I have received.

Great customer service. Great price. Above all, great speed. I ordered a standard set for myself and a stone set for a friend as a gift. That evening they were already shipped and they arrived at my house within the week with a very nice letter.
