Brilliant customer service, very pleased with this shop. Bought in my phone to be fixed with a new screen. Very good quote and time efficient. Only took one day for them to order in my screen and an hour and a half to fix. They even lended me a phone to use whilst they repaired mine. I bought a glass screen protector to avoid breaking my screen again in the future. It was a little bit damaged hardly noticeable, although I could notice. They gave me a brand new one free of charge as well as the one I put on my phone. Very friendly and happy to help. Definitely the best phone shop I know of and will definitely come back in times of need. Noticed that the flash light at the top of my phones screen looked like it was in the wrong place, as it was coming through the top section of my phone and the seal. The top section of my phone is not sensitive to the touch. The charging port is loose and not charging my phone. Bought a new charger thought it was the charger. However the same issue is still happening. I will be taking it back to be repaired.

Had to replace IPhone XR screen cost £95 and only took 30 minutes. But the screen became unresponsive at times after being replaced but the guys who worked there took it back no problem and changed the screen again for no extra charge really quickly. Great service would defo recommend
