Broke my phone at night, cracked the screen, couldn't see what was on the screen, broke the front camera and face ID was not working. So I booked an appointment for the next day took it in, 40 minutes later phone was fixed and it better condition than when I first got it. Price was fair, Azhar was very friendly and worked fast and at good quality, could not be more happy with it.

Azhar was very professionally and friendly, I handed my phone in before my scheduled appointment and he had it finished for me by the time I arrived for the actual booking. He cleaned my phone and speakers free of charge, as well as giving me a discount on the tempered glass screen protector. Would definitely recommend his services.

I went to a local repair store who have so far taken two weeks (and counting) to get the parts to repair my phone. iSmash had their hands on the parts within four days, and took less than two hours to repair my phone which so far works perfectly. The store is very nice and the repairman was incredibly friendly and honest. Do things right and use your phone's official repair partner.

I had a smashed screen on my S20+. Got in touch with ismash they had a genuine screen in stock and could repair within in a couple of days. I drove to the office and within the hour I was on my way again. Fast, friendly, quality service. Well worth the 90 minutes drive. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.......

I scheduled my appointment online, and it was smooth and simple from my perspective. Battery replacement didn't take long, and I was able to purchase a new glass protector at the same time. :) They even identified and fixed an issue with the top mic. A special shoutout to Azhar for excellent service and such a warm and welcoming demeanour. He is lovely, and is why I am writing this review. I'll be back when I need more repairs.

Azhar replaced my OnePlus 7 Pro Battery and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly and professional and completed it in under an hour. He showed me how badly damaged my previous battery was so I'm glad I replaced it when I did. He explained they use original parts so you know you're getting a quality replacement. There was a slight issue ordering my part as I paid online but the part request was never sent to the Nottingham store, but I phoned up and Azhar fixed this within 2 weeks. Really great service! Thank you☺️ The store itself is a bit hard to find, it's a clear glass door with some writing on in the Fox business centre, to the right of Café Nero in Nottingham city centre. You just press the reception button and ask for ismash and they'll let you in ☺️

Excellent repair to my 10.5 iPad pro. Very honest and up front that replacement parts are not Apple OEM, however I can confirm they are very high quality. My new screen is not discernibly different from the one that got smashed. Uniformity and colours are fantastic, 120 Hz still works, TruTone still works and contrary to what they told me, the Apple pencil still functions perfectly. Dropped off around 10am and he had it fixed in < 2 hrs. Excellent service. I will say, I did find it difficult to actually get into the building. On both occasions someone who worked there actually let me in with their key fob as they arrived at the office. So I don't know what the reception desk was doing but they weren't interested in answering the doorbell.

Took my Samsung galaxy S8+ in for battery replacement and front camera repair, as soon as the parts arrived, as they had to be ordered, I went in and was all done in about 40 mins. Very fast and professional and uses genuine Samsung batteries unlike some other places that will try to sneak a fake one in. Also cleaned my charger and aux ports all for £85

I took my aging Pixel 3 for a battery replacement. Azhar was the representative for iSmash. He asked me general questions about the phone, gave it a health check/inspection and quickly replaced the battery for me. It is now back in good form. Azhar also gave my screen a quick dust off and clean, before replacing my case. Very kind of him! They also give you a year warranty on the battery, which is pretty decent of them. The location is slightly confusing, it is in Fox Hall Business Centre at 2 King Street. This is right next to Clarks. You need to ring the bell to be let in. There wasn't a sign on the door, so don't be discouraged. I didn't know and so I called the phone number listed on Google and was let in. Otherwise the location is easily accessible from the Old Market Square tram stop.

Call when you are there at King Street and he will show you upstairs to the office/ repair rooms. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend his expertise to everyone who needs a high end phone fixed with genuine quality original parts.

Great experience, got my iPhone battery replaced in 45mins. It is a little bit difficult to find the store, call them if you can’t find. Check student beans for discount if you are a student, you can get a coupon from there which will save you a lot money.

I cracked the screen on my iPhone and arranged for the repair through my insurance company. From the insurance company to iSmash the service was great and this was all done in one day, including traveling to Nottingham and the 45mints wait to repair my phone, which looks and feels like a new phone, excellent.

For a premium price, you expect a premium service. Thankfully, that's exactly what Azhar offered. The place was a tad confusing to find: I had expected a store front when it's actually run out of a small, unlisted office. For those like me who lack confidence and panicked when iSmash wasn't listed on the companies at the door, don't worry; it IS there! Even though I'd only booked the appointment 10 minutes prior (as I didn't realise his service was by appointment only) Azhar was very understanding. It was surprise enough that he told me he'd have the cracked faceplate on my Pixel 3a sorted in about 40 minutes; imagine then my surprise when he contacted my friend after just 25 minutes to say that it was finished! He even took my joke about haggling down the price in good humour! Although visiting Azhar and iSmash was not the sole purpose of my visit to Nottingham, it is no exaggeration to say that in future I would travel from Leicester to give him my business over any of the vendors local to me. Friendly, fast and professional to a fault, he gave exemplary service in every sense.

Really great service from Akhtar at iSmash today to replace the screen on my Samsung Note 9. Responsive and communicative, it was easy to book the repair at a convenient time and it was an easy while-you-wait service, just took and hour. The place is next to Nero so hang out and have a coffee while they do the fix. Great overall job, phone is like new.
