m.Took my phone in with a damaged charge port and had the part changed for £65. Very high for a £15 part but my phone is a glass back so I was cool with that, only after the repair my mic didn't work very well and this is linked to the charge port. The staff were very reluctant to address this problem which is understandable when you are confident with your work, but we struck a deal and the part was changed at no extra cost and now the phone is working great. These guys a very nice and would recommend them to anyone and I would also be happy going back.

A few days after the repair I noticed a small crack on the back of the screen, the guys in the shop instead of refusing to help they instantly repaired it again for me with no fuss and no charge. I can't recommend these guys enough. I thought I would have to argue for the repair but they were courteous and professional throughout. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

B.I accidentally dropped my phone at work one afternoon and ended up completely shattering the LCD screen inside. My phone was taken into Mobile Solutions and it was ready to collect the next day. My phone is now in perfect working order and in a great condition. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family or anybody looking for a similar service. The staff at Mobile Solutions are also very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the service.
D. H.I was having problems with a battery fitted elsewhere in my Xperia Z1 and this would only last half a day. Mobile solutions diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct battery, fitted it in 10 minutes when I returned and the phone now lasts almost 2 days on normal use and the back on the phone fits correctly.
Hopefully the phone will now last me a good while longer.
