j. d.I can only imagine the nasty neg reviews are from competitors. This guy running Chatterbox is the most expert, and least money minded mobile shop operator in town. He sorted out a phone for me that 2 other shops [inc. O2!] claimed would cost £35 to unlock - which he demonstrated was not even locked. Refused to take any money from me and gave me a free SIM to get back online. An absolute gent and a scholar. Top marks!
