I've experienced the best customer service in the EE Westgate store today, where Abed and the Team have not hesitated to go above and beyond, to provide me with the best possible options and ensuring that I understand all aspects of the options discussed. It was refreshing and just lovely to be treated in such kind and professional manner and the level of expertise and knowledge on the topic was also very impresive, which sadly isn't always common in retail and certainly deserves recognition.
