O. S.I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the O2 Cowley Branch. I wanted a good smartphone that did everything I need, and Lukas recommended one that
ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim the offered deal that came with the phone, rather than it being automatic, but that’s me being lazy :) Lukas’s experience and customer service was beyond excellent. I would recommend in seeing Lukas to anyone who visits O2 in Cowley, best experience in years.

Craig and his team took time to listen and help find solutions. if they didn't know the answer they took time to find out and to make sure that I had a solution. We called in at the shop because we were trying to set up an apple watch for my 91 yr old father in law as part of a 'family set up'. Craig and his team helped us find a solution and to make sure that our elderly father in law had the support and connection to family he would need in an emergency. Many thanks!

A. B.If you need an Oxford O2 shop, use these guys rather than the town centre. Much friendlier, very honest about options (phone broken, they suggested a repair at a 3rd party service rather than a more expensive O2 repair for the same job) and non-judgemental if you need to buy out of a contract. Cheers all, will be back.
