Me and my partner have been served by Aak and the store manager and they both went the extra mile to help us sorting out the issues we had. I visited the Clarendon O2 store in Oxford and the staff were excellent. I was served by Aqib ( Aak) , who was very polite, friendly and helpful . He was very knowledgeable and talked me through my different options and once i had made my choice he even set up my phone for me. I am not very technical and he was happy to help and explain things for me. The store was very clean and Covid safety measures were in place and i was offered hand sanitiser. I have been with O2 for many years and have always found the staff in Oxford to be very good. A big thank you to Aqib.

Went on the 17th June to upgrade my phone. Staff were amazing very friendly and help me and my other half out very quick I have been with 02 for over 10 years wouldn't change there are brilliant. Never had any major problems a few issues but have sorted out very quickly.

I was very impressed with the information and advice I received from the in-store 'guru' whom was on hand to help me in my search for the perfect android phone. I believe this particlar guru was named Laurence and he was highly competent in answering all of my questions. I must have picked his brain to the nth degree! The store came across friendly and pleasant. I would definitely visit again.

A few months ago my phone disappeared. It was either stolen or dropped out of this earth. Anyways, I went to the store to get a new one already holding a contract with O2. They gave me a new phone on the day, offered me a good device plan and sorted out all of the screen protector and case for the phone. It was as quick as it could have been and the chap who served me did a stellar job. I am a loyal customer because O2 seems to always take good care with me as its customer.
