Great customer service. Very polite and knowledgeable person runs this shop and what is the most important fair person!! Most usually my experience with a people who fix phones was not the most pleasant when they tried to push me something what's not needed or more expensive. Usually I don't trust these shops, but when I read the reviews on google, I thought let me give it a chance. I went in for a screen repair for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. At first the shop itself looks very nice and clean. I was greeted by the staff and they asked me how the can help me. I explain them the situation on my phone, that it had been dropped at work and now half of the screen doesn't work. They explained me everything and what kind of repair it will take to fix the phone. They gave me a better price than any other shops in the area. The phone got fixed within 1 hour and they gave me 3 months warranty. I also got a very nice case and screen protector. My overall experience was really good. I would definitely recommend everyone to get their phones fixed by phone max accessories.

My wife and I have had excellent and friendly service at Phone Max. She bought a new phone, which the staff set up for her exactly as she needed; they have just replaced a battery for me in my phone, an expert job that I couldn't do myself. All done with good spirit and at a very good price.

I gave them my phone XR which barely worked it’s battery had exploded and the screen was fully smashed where you can barely see if it is the screen or not.In less than 1 HOUR they hade successfully fixed my phone and it looked brand new. I cannot rate these guys highly enough! Fab, friendly, and professional. My son has a cognative disability which makes him clumsy. He managed to completely smash his Samsung S9 screen within days of getting it. Phonemax fixed it no problem. Excellent value for money.
