I went in to this store get a second contract. The staff were really helpful and found the best phone for me, I couldn't begin to tell you how much they helped me out. They were really polite and listened to what I needed and they found what I was looking for with no fuss and in minimal time. I absolutely would go back there and use their services again. For someone who has only been a Three customer for a year they are a credit to Three and gave me the customer service I would expect. Many thanks to them and Three

I had been struggling with my ongoing issue with 3 for the last many months and wasted my too much time speaking to the 3 services on phone but was never helped out. The 3 store is located in a very large shopping center. Westgate. I would like to take these opportunity not to ignore such excellent customer service I have received on my recent visit and on ongoing basis when ever I VISIT the store. The following named sale associates and the store Managers Specially Mudassar Kofi, Austin, Naomhan and Luke. I am carefully rating 3 Mobile company representatives at the store for their good work help and support during upgrading my contract and solving any other problem I had. I RATE THEM 📱📱📱📱📱I am one of who has many reviewers .and recognised Google Gude my revewes has made a lot of difference because of sharing my honest opinion jenune observation about the product knowledge they have, As a Customer my experience was excellent out of many places I visited.

In store service was great. Not impressed with the network coverage however - half the time cant get internet connection around Oxford and I find it substantially slower than my previous (albeit more expensive) network. Regretting that one year locked-in contract

I recently renewed my contract with Three and upgraded to a new Galaxy S6 Edge. I bought a wrap around clamshell case too, at no small expense. Despite this, the next day I noticed that there was damage to the screen, which (having not dropped it or mistreated it,) was likely a defeat in manufacture. It was a small defect, but it was a brand new expensive phone, and I expected to have a fight on my hands to have it replaced, and indeed when I took it to a Three store in London where I work, they looked at me and said, "That looks like damage" (brilliant!) and refused to replace it. They directed me back to the Three store in Oxford where the manager, Wasim, took one look at it and said "Of course we'll exchange it: they should have done that in London". I really expected to have a fight on my hands and to be writing a negative review, but his customer service was exemplary. If I'd damaged the phone, I would have owned up: the store in London made me feel that they thought I was lying to them. No such feelings in the Three store in the Clarendon Centre in Oxford. Top marks. Brian Oh, as an aside, the replacement phone had a blemish on the packaging material screen protector (although it did not penetrate all the way through) in exactly the same spot as the defect on my original S6 Edge: I wonder if Samsung has a packing robot that marks the phones?

Austin is the man! If you need anything or have any questions he is the guy. He was so helpful on 3 occasions with 3 different family members. He definitely knows what he's talking about. Very very helpful!
