O. M.The wife broke her mobile some time ago and was recommended to bring my phone to MMC. They did a decent job of sorting the phone and charged less than I was expecting. Couldn't fault their service at all.

When we got the phone back, there was a little issue with it (Nothing they did) but they offered to take the phone back, order spare parts and repair this issue for no extra charge.
Very very happy with the overall service and helpfulness of everyone there.
We'll definitely be a returning customer.
I'd also like to add that whilst in the shop, we saw a huge range of phones, cases, and other electronics that my partner and I thought were very impressive (so much so that my partner actually purchased a case whilst we were there).

J. G.I went in to get my A21s screen fixed. They fixed the screen and then the next day the screen went completely black. They're currently fixing the screen again at no extra cost and are ordering in new parts at no extra cost to get my phone working. I've had nothing but professional and honest communications with them. I don't usually leave reviews on places but I felt the need to leave this review as honesty and communication is important to me in situations like this and they've been very helpful with that.

R. M.I wish I could give more than 5 stars here .. These guys were awesome at getting my Samsung Galaxy S4 LCD screen replaced. I dropped the phone off and left for a coffee and it was ready before I finished the coffee. After the appalling service I'd received from a random online "repair shop" which completely failed to do any repair on my phone in 2 weeks, these guys put everything right in just 20 minutes! Their price was what I'd expected and being a Samsung Authorized Repair Centre I knew I could trust them to do a good job, but they did a great job!
If you need a screen replaced and you're local enough to swing in and drop you phone off, then do it. Forget those guys online where you send you phone away for days or even weeks!!!

R. M.PLEASE READ beyond 1st paragraph.
Had a problem with my Samsung s7 edge on the earpiece Jack socket, knew what it was tried the Samsung repair Centre in Cambridge 60 mile round trip for me, basically would not fix it even though I was happy to pay for it appalling attitude and total lack of customer care and it's in warranty, basically got told what do you want me to do about it? This was just before my Operation, their attitude just stressed me out, wasted 4 hours of my time getting there and back, because they have to see it before they will book it in, tried to explain I was an engineer and knew what was wrong, no dice had to go to shop total waste of time money and energy, would recommend nobody goes near them with that attitude.
Moving on 3 weeks later just gotten out of hospital after a heart Op, the people at Millfield Mobile Communications could not be more helpful and considerate brilliant customer service, very reasonable price, helped me find somewhere I could go and eat, and sit down and as it's only been 6 days since my op and still a little weak, lovely people showed true compassion, what a difference. 😁 Job sorted, done in less than an hour, cannot recommend them highly enough, and with a smile and very polite, obviously care about their customers, will defiantly go back again for any other repairs or bits i may need.

I left the phone with them are later on that day before they closed i picked it up is was like new again price was very reasonable and the guy knows his stuff about phone would defiantly recommend better than any other phone shops ive been to in Peterborough.

MMC were able to allow me to recover my data more cost effectively. Whilst I was in the shop doing this, I was amazed by the patience and kindness they showed in giving guidance to other customers.

A. C.I had my samsung Galaxy s8 screen replaced after tragically dropping it in a car park the one day I didn't have my case on (just my luck) I wasnt sure where to go to get it fixed as most places quote around £230!!! Ouch.
Not only were MMC Repair centre the best value for money (exceeded expectations after countless quotes with other repair places in the area), they had my phone in the same day I called (after 17:00), and I got my phone repaired within the hour (literally went for some food at Tasca and they called to say it was ready).
I admittedly waited a couple of weeks before posting this review to make sure there wasn't anything wrong, it seemed too good to be true, it's not often you get such good work I'm a short period of time (I'm sure everyone has had that previous experience repairing screens and it's not quite right after a couple of days). However, it's perfect, and I don't use that word lightly. I cannot fault them. Friendly, quick, low cost.
