Went to get a new phone for my nan, the staff were very helpful in explaining the phone contract and even offered to set the phone up for us.

Thank you to Ella for her help today choosing a new phone contract. I had no idea what I was looking for or how much I’d be expecting to spend, but she made every question I had clear. I didn’t even intend to get a contract this same day, but thanks to her brilliant customer service skills I left happily with my new phone, and I was very confident with my decision! She seemed like a genuinely lovely person, and is a credit to O2 Peterborough.

Right so let's get COVID out the way first. It's well managed, entrance is chained off and staff great you and ask what you need. They allow only a set number of customers in at one time and this is controlled. One in one out. All the staff are wearing face coverings. You enter follow the assistant use sanitizer gel and then sit at a desk. Again all desks spaced out and screen. Right so that done. Our assistant was a polite young lady that did not rush us and gave 100% advice and assistance.We left happy. Thanks O2

Omg right, so we got served by this Canadian guy..... Can't remember his name. He was polite and professional but wow it made it so hard, I upgraded my phone in about 20 minutes in the Grantham store, went here to upgrade the wife's and it was just so much harder......just listen to what we wanted and it would've been fine......other than that job done

Better deals to be had elsewhere, PAYG phones expensive when compared to a purchase of a sim free phone
