Took my iPhone SE 2018 in at 4:45pm, they said it would be £40 to change the battery, I went to the cash point and when I got back they said they made a mistake and it is £30. I was impressed with this. I said I had a piano lesson from 5:00pm to 5:30pm and they said it would be ready before they close at 6:00pm, it was. They gave me a 3 month warranty on the battery. Seriously impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Great service. I took my Samsung S8 to this store to check if it can be repaired as it was quite badly damaged from both sides and had glass cracks all over it. I had to replace rear glass and the front screen. The repair wouldn't have taken more than one hour, however, due to faulty replacement part in the stock I had to leave the phone until the next morning. The next day I got my phone back as promised and it looked like brand new. All personnel was very kind and the communication was great throughout the whole repair process. Very pleased with the service.

I got my Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact SIM reader fixed by PhoneXperts for a good price and I'm extremely happy with the job they've done. Most other places in Peterborough said they can't fix this issue but these guys took the job on straight away. I handed it in to them on 23/12/20 late morning, and by mid afternoon they had called me informing me it's done. I picked it up the next morning and tested it there and then and it's been working perfectly ever since. Thank you very much for your help and people need to know they can be trusted unlike a lot of other phone repair shops.

I dropped my phone on the floor and smashed the screen. Took my phone to phone Xperts to be repaired. Which was a good price. I also asked them to give it a bit of a revamp as the phone it 3 years old, I asked to replace the battery and the speakers, he kindly advised me not to replace the battery if it's not broken and the speakers he will test before he replace. Much to my surprise I came back to collect my repaired phone to find he very honestly told me it was only my tampered screen protector that had smashed not my screen and did not charge me anything. Which I think is very honest and decent when he could of just took my money and I wouldn't know any difference.

I had an HTC1 which had died. and for which the charging port appeared to be the problem. PhoneXperts diligently investigated the issue and explained that taking a sealed screen apart could not be guaranteed to be perfectly repaired before commencing any work. PhoneXperts had two or three goes at resolving the problem over the course of a week, The problem was deeper into the motherboard and I ultimately decided not to pursue it. No charge was made for the time and effort incurred, for which I am very grateful and happy to recommend them as a thoroughly decent and trustworthy firm.
