First class service! I had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan whilst enquiring about a new broadband and cloud phone set up for my business. Nathan was very knowledgable, helpful and so easy to deal with. He ensured I got everything I required and made the whole process very easy for me. Further more, once set up I had a small issue with my service; I emailed Nathan who dealt with the issue personally within minutes. That is what I call aftercare! This day and age having a reliable phone and broadband system is so important for running a business, and just knowing you are getting such a great level of support from your provider gives you such peace of mind.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say how delighted I have been with Harriet’s support in helping me to resolve problems encountered when trying to upgrade my business services with BT.
Having dealt with both BT’s UK National Sales/Customer Retention Teams as well as a number of India-based Customer Support staff over the past couple of months, it is fair to say that I was a very dissatisfied customer and on the verge of cancelling my existing BT contracts (internet, land-line and bus mobile SIM), which I have held for the past 8 years!
And then I discovered the BT Local Sales team out of Plymouth and in particular Harriet Howell. Once appraised of the situation Harriet responded immediately both with advice and a course of action to resolve incorrect and un-processed orders in the BT system and the miss-information being sent as a result. Her professionalism, proactive approach and communication skills are a credit to her and your organisation, and I now have complete confidence that my new services will be delivered correctly, in a timely manner and at the agreed price as ordered at the beginning of last December.
More than this, Harriet Howell has single-handedly restored my faith in BT as a supplier that I wish to retain and look forward to working with in the future.

Whilst total confusion reigned when we came to roll over our mobile contracts, our broadband rollovers went smoothly due to Phillip Dawson who also helped sort out compensation for the mobile contracts’ mis-charged and not transferred promptly as promised. A beacon of customer service that saved my sanity!

We had some big issues with a privately rented circuit from BT which were causing a huge interruption to our business.
After speaking to the ultra-efficient Chloe Fitchett at BT Local Business' South-West Branch, everything was sorted out incredibly quickly.
