D. L.Unlike other mobile-phone outlets, they will tell how how things are even if it's bad. They'll give you clear/good advice and will also let you know what your in for price wise when taking out any contract.
The only thing I could say is that the shop could do with a few more lights as it's a bit dingy in there

J. C.I visited this shop which is my local EE branch on New George Street, on Monday 17 February 2020, with a problem with my new tablet for which I could find no remedy, nor conceive of one.
Jordan, one of the sales staff, patiently worked through the difficulties with me, explaining what he was trying to do at every step, making due allowance for my lack of technical knowledge, and enlisting resources from other staff members where required, before finally providing a very effective solution which was entirely satisfactory to me.
I was impressed by the well managed culture of cooperative teamwork prevailing at the shop.
After 7 trouble free years with Orange and EE I'd been wondering recently about taking the opportunity that may present itself shortly to change my provider.
However this last interaction with EE staff has reminded me of my confidence in their their uniquely flexible, can-do attitude which has helped me out in the past; and that's a comfort I'd hate to do without.
You tend to get what you pay for, and when comparing like with like, I think I'm getting a great deal from EE and I'm going to stay with them.
B. E.Visited this store yesterday (12/8/20) and had great service. The problem i had was my phone wasn't charging but the person I dealt with suggested I bought a air can to clean it out and it's worked a treat. Thank you very much 😁

B.Dave who served me was very polite and the shop is well maintained. -1 Star as I bought an EE router and was told I would have great reception based on a coverage checker, and that if I didnt i may be eligible for a free installation of a 4G antenna. My signal was indeed poor but it turns out that even though I would have been eligible based on my postcode that the scheme has been stopped and in the end i had to fork out another £100 just to get a useable service after chasing my tail with customer service for over a week!
