I needed a new case and screen protector and she was easily able to recommend the best possible options without hesitation! L.Would recommend to all, as the lady fixed my Samsung phone in no time at all, I visited 4 shops beforehand and everyone said it wasn't fixable,this lady must have magical hands as the screen was flashing rapidly and you couldn't do anything with it,but she held it for less than 2 minutes and it was fixed. J. W.I brought my IPhone in expecting it to need a new speaker, within 5 minutes the technician had cleaned it all out and it was working perfectly and did not charge me a penny.
Both members of staff were very friendly and helpful.
P. C.Another shop had given me a series of bad batteries in the mall along with also damaging the battery connector in my iPhone 8 Plus. This lead to numerous software issues where the iPhone refused to charge. When I gave my phone to these guys at Fone World they did their very best and jerry rigged the repair as best they could, but it’s lasted thankfully. They didn’t mess me around and had better parts for iPhones. Really recommend them, they’re lovely.
C.Had a girl with blue hair be very helpful with where to look for a phone case for my phone as it is one the don't keep in stock. Very polite and helpful. Took the time to explain that OnePlus phones are quite rare.
