G. Y.I have to say getting this level of customer service when all you want is a phone cover really impressed me. Lots of tips and advice about my new phone including helpful suggestions about about back ups and the like. Needless to say I will be using them whenever the need arises.
J. L.I have not yet been to this shop (although I am soon for a new screen, charging port and case).
But reading the reviews has been an experience and as a result since I touchtype I want to comment.
I give them five stars for being in business so long, they have to be doing something well or they would not have lasted so long, and I am required to choose a value from one to five for the stars in order to say anything.
As a result of reading the reviews here to see why some people scored the business poorly I am never going to rely on the Number of Stars in a review ever again.
Reading the low scoring reviews is an eye opener.
One reviewer slammed the store and gave it one star for giving a price quote... Wow. Thank god her partner is ex military and therefore according to her intelligent, or they might have paid an extra tenner compared to down the street...
One review was racist, expressing surprise that they had a negative experience, and this despite the fact that the business owners are British, shocking eh?
One review as a one star because they did not answer the telephone when she called....
How angry and mean spirited so many of us are.

Yes I know 20 years!! This family business has been running even open to help you when I’m not spending money and just want advice about my phone never get a contract again pay as you go and buy a phone of these guys saved tons of money very happy

Dealt with very well and the phone is now looking brand new! Also bought a phone off me and offered a very good price! Would highly recommend them and wouldn’t go to anyone else!
